This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

Love everything about it so far! I got the 2024 Platinum in Lunar Rock color. The interior leather is actually charcoal color (not black) with blue stitching and blue interior lighting throughout. Looks amazing! The sunroof is enormous, larger than the one in my outgoing 2018 Volvo XC90. I really like The JBL sound system also. Overall extremely happy with my new rig!

The car was great! The salesman was very helpful also. When I got it home, I had a couple issues which the sales manager took care of right away! I will definitely consider buying another car from them!

I have always dreaded buying a vehicle from a dealership because of the hours waiting—the back and forth to the manager’s office for approval of an offer, the slow, slow financing process, and then waiting some more for the vehicle to be retrieved and cleaned. But Jay McCallum made sure we didn’t have to experience all that, even with his busy schedule. He made the process efficient, organized and friendly! Such an easy car buying experience, I live in the Northeast never even considered having to fly out to see the car. Only bump in the road was waiting for car to ship as it was delayed due to 3 day holiday weekend which I can understand. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends

Overall it was a good deal for me. The dealer made promises and kept them. The Tesla is great! The price was good. However, I felt the dealer fees were ridiculous and they insisted I give them thousands above the actual registration and taxes. Though I was able to recover the excess taxes/registration withheld, it felt very much like the used car salesman treatment. I would recommend the dealer, but be prepared to play reindeer games. If you do not like these games, buy your used Tesla directly from Tesla.
