It has 3 usb ports. The ride is great but it's a crossover so can be bumpy like any Suv but not as much as most. The seats are leather, they all recline even the rear seats do. This car has lots of power!!. It's a v6 engine and it's gives you all the power you need for climbing hills, passing and more!!. This car has never left me stranded not one time. This had been a great car for me and it has a good looking body style too. All the windows are tinted but the rear windows have a good dark tint and it's not easy to see inside. The driver and passenger window are not as dark. Sunroof moonroof that opens rear panorama roof that does not open. In the very rear trunk area there is a car lighter plug for charging purposes and in the front there are two other locations of the same thing plus one USB port maybe two.

This car is very comfortable spacious and elegant at the same time. Toyota to me it is the most reliable brand. I recommended to every one.

Reluctantly traded in my 11 yr old (2008) Sequoia w/235k miles for something smaller, better on mileage & easier to drive for my daughter -- who's a new driver -- but with all bells & whistles of my Sequioa. Have had the Venza for a month now and oh my, what a fantastic surprise! Was fortunate to find the color & package I wanted with relatively low miles (59k) and priced below KBB! I'd been looking for about 6 mos & every time I called on one I wanted, it always sold within a day or two of being listed. So I got super lucky to find & get this one -- White, V6 3.5L, AWD, 20" wheels, all leather, heated seats, panoramic roof, nav, etc. It handles really well & responsive. Having had a V8, 5.7L Sequioa, gas mileage for me is definitely an improvement! Though I miss the third row, the Venza still seats a family of four quite comfortably. So far so great! Really enjoying the car. I trust that it will be as reliable as all the other Toyotas I've owned over the years. Did I hear that it's coming back next year (2021)?

Larin was very professional and informative from the office woman to the mechanic. I needed a transmission control module and I was walked through the whole process. I went to 8 garages starting in Brockton till I was pointed in Larin Direction because of the complexity they were very knowledgeable with my Audi. We searched all over Northern Virginia for a reliable used car for our college aged daughter. From the scary fly-by-night warehouse dealers in Chantilly to a dealer in Alexandria selling a car that had obviously been in an accident as a 0 accident vehicle. Eddie and the team at 1st Choice Auto were a breath of fresh air. It's a small team, not competing with each other, with a solid lot of inventory, and a focus on helping their customers find a vehicle. They engaged us in dialogue to understand what we were looking for, recommended a couple vehicles on the lot, then took us out to see their entire inventory. We found a great Toyota Rav-4 with some bumper damage. Eddie got the rear left bumper fixed and painted! Price was fair and process was well oiled. I will come here first to purchase my next used vehicle.

Only owned a month. So far it seems to be a quality vehicle. Could get better gas mileage, but it could be the tires. I've seen a lot of newer vehicles that don't have the ergonomics this has

This is an updated review from the original I posted a couple of weeks ago. I'm very happy to say that it's a positive improvement. The response from the dealership led to a resolution we are extremely satisfied with. We felt heard, and, once we were in contact with the right people,they were nothing but professional when addressing the situation. We will return to this dealership for future Hyundai needs. The 4/5 stars is simply due to the fact that things weren't seamless from the get go. But, they have a 5 star rating from us when it comes to the General Managers view on customer service. Our original issue had to do with the availability of the right trim of the vehicle being available after we had driven from out of town. We did end up buying a car from this dealership once the correct one was available. This is 100% due to their approach to customer service. Top notch.
