I had purchased a vehicle about a month ago when I turned in a lease, and when the time was quickly approaching to turn in another lease vehicle, I went back to 616 Motors and worked with Matt. Some things happened and I was not going to be able to get the vehicle I really wanted because of the disparity between the book value and the loan amount. Instead of Matt chalking it up to a lost sale, he brought the price down to where the loan amount I could get for the car was enough, even to cover tax, title, and license, so I did not have to come up with a balance. Because he did that, I know the business did not make much of, if any profit, and that is commendable. Matt REALLY went the extra mile for me and my family and we are exceptionally grateful. 616 Motors knows how to do business, knows how to value customers, and understands the immeasurable importance of customer service as it relates to gaining repeat customers! 2011 Toyota Venza review
Reluctantly traded in my 11 yr old (2008) Sequoia w/235k miles for something smaller, better on mileage & easier to drive for my daughter -- who's a new driver -- but with all bells & whistles of my Sequioa. Have had the Venza for a month now and oh my, what a fantastic surprise! Was fortunate to find the color & package I wanted with relatively low miles (59k) and priced below KBB! I'd been looking for about 6 mos & every time I called on one I wanted, it always sold within a day or two of being listed. So I got super lucky to find & get this one -- White, V6 3.5L, AWD, 20" wheels, all leather, heated seats, panoramic roof, nav, etc. It handles really well & responsive. Having had a V8, 5.7L Sequioa, gas mileage for me is definitely an improvement! Though I miss the third row, the Venza still seats a family of four quite comfortably. So far so great! Really enjoying the car. I trust that it will be as reliable as all the other Toyotas I've owned over the years. Did I hear that it's coming back next year (2021)?

We bought a brand new Venza 2 years ago. The purchase was good & zero problem with service. Do not fall for the scam with Marshall care. It’s not worth $3000. You have to go through sales to schedule and appointment, then service to get oil changed. And to make it even more of a hassle, the CUSTOMER has to do the coordination of the two. These two services don’t communicate with each other! Each time we have used it, It’s 3 plus hours ordeal, not to mention the time they “forgot” to detail it… or the the time they neglected to clean the interior… or the time the head guy was contacted… If you live close & can drop it off for the day it maybe beneficial. We could have bought a lifetime’s worth of cleaning at a fancy car wash & been in and out faster and with more reliable service.

2011 Toyota Venza review
It has 3 usb ports. The ride is great but it's a crossover so can be bumpy like any Suv but not as much as most. The seats are leather, they all recline even the rear seats do. This car has lots of power!!. It's a v6 engine and it's gives you all the power you need for climbing hills, passing and more!!. This car has never left me stranded not one time. This had been a great car for me and it has a good looking body style too. All the windows are tinted but the rear windows have a good dark tint and it's not easy to see inside. The driver and passenger window are not as dark. Sunroof moonroof that opens rear panorama roof that does not open. In the very rear trunk area there is a car lighter plug for charging purposes and in the front there are two other locations of the same thing plus one USB port maybe two.
