I bought a 2009 Yaris Sedan brand new for something like $13K and, apart from regular maintenance, breaks and tires, have never had it in the shop. It’s a weekend/vacation car (we live in NYC) and only has 50K miles. I hope to drive it another 15 years. May be the best investment I’ve ever made. My mechanic friend asks to buy it every time I see him.

2012 Toyota Yaris. 160K. Change oil at 3K. Bought 2 tires, 2 wipers past 5 years. That's it. Air in tires is a rarity. Mechanical miracle. Great mileage. Oh, i forgot. Once had to tighten fan belt.

The only problem I ever had was that I had to change all of the shift solenoids in the transmission but I'm over 300,000 MI and running like a champ

Love My 2016 Yaris, best thing the gas millage is between 34-37. This car is roomy inside for such a small size car! Performance is good to great! Does the job!

Haven't had the car very long, but love it. I like the exterior styling and the interior dash and radio display are nice, just keep in mind it's 4 years old so not as fancy as a brand new car - but pretty good sized touch screen. Engine has more power than I thought it would. With 3 adults, I got up to 60mph within the on-ramp for the highway and merged without issue.

I love this car. in 20 16 I found it on Craig's list, used, 2012, 24,000 miles. I never cared for Toyota but my sister has a friend that has one and loves it. My Hyundai was totaled and I needed a car right away. Best car I ever had and I've had many, mostly Fords. I never had any issues with it, keep it serviced though. So why did Geico raise my insurance premium? The reason I was told is Yaris is not a good enough car, too many problems and hard to get replacement parts and 2012 year is considered too old. I now only have 34,939 miles on it. I had other cars insured by Geico. This doesn't make sense.

I just purchase this yaris 2008 blue September 2023 so far I enjoy it nice fun car to drive. very good on gas drive highway at 70 hold the road real good. reliable and said no more about it's a very good car so far and I love it good used price 204,miles I feel like it will go 200,more🙂

Although it’s a small car, this 2018, Toyota Yaris provides ample room in the driver seat- the most important seat in the car! Love it!!!!!

My filipina wife and I bought our 2007 Toyota yaris Sedan in 2007 and it's been running great ever since! We thank GOD for it everyday. Starts good (interstate battery) and runs well. We are grateful for it! Hope and pray it lasts another two to five years or more. It's not luxury, it's not flashy, it's not high maintenance, it's just a reliable little vehicle. GOD is good!

Let me start off by saying that I purchased my first car (03 Civic EX) here back in 2017. Firstly, the quality and attention to detail they put into their cars is just as exceptional as their attention to customer care, which is the reason I came back for my most recent purchase: 2008 Subaru Impreza Hatchback. Long story short, my WRX was totaled and I needed a car quick. I made one of the employees, Ashley, aware of my situation and she insured the car buying process was comfortable, quick, and efficient. I was allowed to check every aspect of the car (body, interior, engine bay, frame, etc) without being bothered which was very much appreciated. Then, we took it for a test drive along their predetermined route. This route is efficiently designed in such a way that you will be able to push the car more to ensure performance is as expected. In addition, their car fax system was down so I had to purchase it on my end but she happily reimbursed me the difference. After purchase, I noticed Various interior parts were repaired/replaced as well as various fluids. Needless to say, I will certainly be purchasing my next car here. TLDR: - Exceptional customer service - Expansive inventory of all makes and models - High attention to detail (Maintenance-wise) - No xx. I've had my 2007 Yaris since I bought it new and have have had to put very little money into it's mechanical upkeep; just a new fan belt and transmission flush and the usual tires and batteries! I change my own oil and rotate my own tires so very cost efficient; I love this car!

They were very helpful in transferring to the local dealer, providing the vehicle report, performing additional inspections and in the buying process. I would definitely shop with CarMax again.

This car is absolutely solid! It gets great gas mileage and handles well when doing light off-roading. I packed it to the brim with camping gear and drove three hours to my spot. It has Mazda genes, so it handles like a dream. The front is spacious—I’m about 6 feet tall with plenty of foot and headroom to spare. Everything about this car feels intentional, from the infotainment system to the stock wheels. The engine is well put together and hasn’t given me any trouble. Doing maintenance by myself for the first time felt like a breeze. The fogs lights are nice and it handles well in the rain. It only has 106 horse power but can get up to 60-85 and beyond without an issue. Overall it’s a great compact car. I’d take this without question over a Mitsubishi Mirage, Kia Rio or a Nissan Versa. This is the undisputed king of compact cars!

They made everything so easy. Got the car I never knew I wanted and I love it. Don't plan on taking it in any time soon but I know where I'll be going when I do.

I've had my Yaris since 2019 and it has had spectacular performance in all weather conditions. The gas mileage has been wonderful also. I've had to replace tires every year and the car is very close to the ground so visibility of curbs and such is a problem. That however is my only complaint. It has been the best car I've ever owned.

I've never thought of writing a review on anything; yet alone, a used car. But, I bought a 2008 Toyota Yaris 2 months ago. I was in a crucial position. I had to find a good, reliable, used car under $8,000, pay in cash, and it has to last me until I die! ☠️ My car, they stopped making, and sometimes it works, sometimes it don't. I've got at least 2 lives depending on this car! My mom is almost 87, I'm 47, on disability, divorced, and I don't even know if my 2 teenage daughters want a relationship with me after 18. All due to my evil ex and his mommy. Even my cat's life depends on this car. So, I did some research, looked at these reviews, and accidentally found my car whom I named "Ashley." Some guy sent me 4 cars that matched what I was looking for. My eyeball went to #2. The guy said he can show it to me the next day. I stalled him cuz I was researching. So, a few days later, my mom and I went to test drive it (I already planned to buy this car). After the ride, I actually added a 2 year warranty just for peace of mind. Thank God, this was from a dealer. Good thing too, that darn engine light was increasing my anxiety. So, I took the car to AutoZone. I don't think many people know this, but they can check your engine light, battery, recharge your battery and basically do a diagnostic for FREE! I went back on another day and got the same result which was the EVAP canister. I took it to my dealer and they said this looks brand new! So, I took it back one more time, they gave me a $40,000 rental car, and the next day, my car passed the DEQ test! All they did was brush off the container and drive it around, then FINALLY! No lights come on, and I just feel so blessed right now. The other 3 cars I later found out were stick. I happened to pick the only automatic. The weird thing though is the speedometer, console etc. is in the middle. So, that's something I gotta get used to. The cupholders are on the left and right, but I don't care. Just something to get from point A to B so I don't miss appointments or emergencies. I ❤️ this car! I got really lucky, and adding that warranty was worth it. Oh, this had 171,000 miles, and it's still going. Use at least 87 octane for gas, do those oil checks, and get the save and drive beacon from State Farm. If you drive like a pro, you can save some money on your car insurance....

I purchased this 2010 TOYOTA Yaris with a five speed manual transmission in 2010 with 7 miles on it. It is now 2025 my Yaris had it's 15th birthday back in April. Tires, brakes changed at 50k. Water pump and serpentine belt (preventive maintenance) at 90k. Tires, brakes changed @ 100k. Clutch replacement @ 110k. If you are cognizant of your driving habits you can obtain over 40 mpg easily. I am looking forward to obtaining at least 5 to 10 more years of driving pleasure seeing how I have only 123k original miles on the vehicle.
