I was looking at a different vehicle to feel safe and comfortable on the days when I have a long commute. I have chatted with Mickey about all the things my perfect someday vehicle would have. After I had tested a different car Mickey called to say she had the car I really wanted. So I went to drive that car instead. Mickey had found the car I always wanted but thought would be be the next one. This is a car I will drive for many years. Mickey puts in all her effort for every customer to be sure they love the car and get a great deal. Roomy, excellent fuel efficiency, handles very well, Responsive engine, looks great, USB port, love the fuel tracker, programmable vehicle options on the touch screen, Bluetooth for hands free calls. So far love the Camry!
Mickey was just amazing, she made the whole experience as painless and possible for us. She got us into the car we wanted and bent over backwards to get everything done even though it wasn???t easy! I???ll recommend Mickey to every single person looking to buy a vehicle and we will never buy from anyone other than Bridgeland auto & Mickey again! Zack Tesfai was very informative and professional. He has a great personality and very easy to talk to. Once we finished our purchase on a 2018 Rav (which we LOVE), and came to sign papers he put us at ease. As he explained our new vehicle to us, you could tell he definitely was very knowledgeable. The all wheel drive along with its driveability options makes this a well rounded vehicle. Proven with the latest winter storm! Rides high like a SUV should but isn't top heavy! This is my first Toyota bought for my wife and it has me shopping for myself.
I had not purchased a used vehicle in many years and I’m glad I chose this dealership . My salesman, Zach Tesfai, was great. He was patient and listened to my needs and comcerns. I love my RAV4 and would recommend this dealership to family and friends. I started out by looking at the online inventory. They were quick to respond and kept in contact with me periodically. Better to drive than most minivans

I've been happy with my Sienna overall. Driving it, it has more of a car feel than a small bus feel like most minivans. It pretty nimble and yet spacious. All of the bells and whistles are working without a hitch at 65000 miles and aside from the leather sheen changing a bit, there's nothing on the vehicle that feels worn. With a family of 5, this thing can take a battering of regular use without issue (at least thus far)
Salesman, Dan Holliman and sales manager Chris Campbell were very helpful with my purchase of a Rav 4. Dan spent a good deal of time reviewing the features of the Rav 4. I was also introduced to mike Reed in the Service Dept.overall my experience was very positive.

Really good family car it has all the features that we need to make our life luxury plus previous owner installed Remot Startar i recommend everyone one to buy limited rav4
Great sales consultant made me feel like I could count on this dealership...sadly not the case the service department didn't follow through with fixing a problem I had after only a few days with my highlander. This resulted in me paying money out of my pocket to replace a leaky battery only 3 weeks after delivery. I then figured Calling the manager but that did no good I was promised by him I'd get a call back..it's been 2 business days and still haven't heard back. This saddens me this is my third vehicle purchase from Romano dealerships but I don't feel as though I'll return or recommend them any longer.

2015 rav 4. It’s the right size. All wheel drive. Efficient. Capable in the winter. A little road noise but fixable with dynamat in the doors.
My husband and I both had leases on Chevy Malibu's that were ending soon-his on May 6th and mine in August. My husband was in the market for a new vehicle and had reasearched many makes and models and decided on looking around for a RAV4. He visited Romano Toyota and met with Jake Sardella. Jake spent 2 hours with Jim explaining all the many options available based on our needs, goals and our current financial state. He explained the pros and cons between buying vs leasing, used vs new, the financial impact of leaving my lease 5 months early, the benifits of getting 2 vehicles now vs ! now and another in August and all the services that Romano Toyota offers its customers.. Jim and I discussed all the information Jake had given him and we decided to invest in 2 vehicles now. Jim and I returned together 2 days later to Romano Toyota and met with Jake. He again spent a lot of time with us explaing the many purchasing options we had. We decided on leasing 2 RAV 4"s. All the financial arrangements were made at that time and the initial paperwork was signed. We arranged to return 2 days later to pick up our new vehicles but first needed to turn in our leased vehicles at a near-by Chevy dealership. When that was completed Jake came to pick us up and drive us to Romano Toyata. He had all the final paperwork organized and ready for signatures and he set up our 1st service appointments. We then went out to our new vehicles and Jake explained all the features that are in the vehicles and set-up the bluetooth and navigation systems and explained and demonstrated how to operate them. These are only the highlights of our very positive experience at Romano Toyota and exceptional treatment given to us by Jake.

On the positive side, love the engine and transmission. Tuned exhaust is just right - a low growl but not obnoxious. Seat comfor is so- so, especially after a couple of hours behind the wheel. Entertainment system is a big disappointment? especially since this is a Limited edition. Sound quality is average and the Entune system should be dropped immediately in favor of Apple and Google offerings. Toyota is a little slow incorporating technology- not sure why. Still, I bought this truck for its above average reliability history and hope to have it for a long time.
I purchased my RAV4 with Jake as my salesperson. He is extremely attentive and made the purchasing process very easy. He went the extra mile and followed up with my several times to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I will absolutely go back again when it comes time for my next vehicle!
New (used 2016) Tundra owner

Switched from an 06 Chevy 2500 4WD to Tundra 4WD. Haven't owned long enough to really say much except we own a Prius with 115,000 miles and a Tacoma with 175,000 miles so I'm confident it will live up to my expectations. Not the best looking trucks but if it doesn't cost as much as the Chevy to maintain for 10 years I;ll be happy. The 5.7 engine did get 19.2 MPG on the 200 mile drive home. That alone is impressive!
I bought my Prius V here. My salesman, Steve, was helpful and actually, entertaining! I felt like he was trying hard to get me my price, and he did. Facilities are nice, and delivery went without a hitch. I will be back :)

We needed a vehicle with a 3rd row. The Highlanders received excellent reviews on other sites for the interior space, reliability, fuel efficiency, among other features that were important to us. So far, we are incredibly pleased with our decision and know we will have this vehicle for a LONG time. Toyotas run forever and with very few issues. We had a Corolla previously and never had a single issue in the 8 years owned.
I have had great experiences at this dealership. Twice actually. First time I went in on a Saturday morning, no appointment or call ahead of time. I was greeted by a sales rep and everything went good. Test drove the car, signed papers, and walked out the door within 1 1/2 hour. Picked up my(then new) 2009 Toyota Yaris the next day at 9am. Arrived and they had everything ready. 2 years later I go back looking for another car. Did not call ahead of time for an appointment or anything. I showed up, found a sales rep, test drove a few cars, and finally settled on a left over 2010 Toyota Prius. I decided to trade in my other car and this was where it was kinda disappointing. I kept getting low ball offers on the car. But at the end we did meet in the middle and I got a fair price for the car. I give the buying process 4 stars because I was nickle and dimed when doing the purchase. Kept getting told about aftermarket packages like remote start, under coating etc. Honestly I think Romano has the best dealerships around. I've also purchased from Romano Mercedes and also had very good experiences. As long as you aren't trading in or buying a discounted car, it will be hassle free. Only once did I have a bad experience. Walked in looking at a truck, asked for a price but sales rep never got back with it.

After researching lots of cars and SUVs I decided on another Prius. I had bought my daughter a used 2009 Prius with under 200,000 miles and we drove from northern Mississippi to eastern Florida and back for $72. As a retiree on a budget I need a reliable car with great gas mileage. It also has adequate cargo room for all our stuff. Her prius lasted to over 300,000 miles until the catalytic converter went out. So I’m hoping my 2015 lasts as long as hers did. It is a bit noisy but so was my Nissan minivan so I’m okay with that. This Prius is beautiful inside and out and I love all the tech features. The navigation system could be easier to use but perhaps after I learn how to use it, it won’t be an issue. It does have voice controls too that I’ll learn at some point.
This is the second Volvo I've purchased from Alan Byer motors and have no qualms in recommending his dealership, though I'm not a fan of auto dealers, to anyone! We traded a 2009 S-60 we purchased with the help of Debbie in on a 2016 S-60 - love those S-60's - all except too many bells and whistles for geezers to figure out. Some day my wife and I will figure out how to operate everything in this car. Great place if you're looking for a Volvo!

I am not one to write reviews, this is my first one ever but I felt very compelled to do so. I have always dreaded the purchase of a new vehicle and found it to be a very frustrating and stressful experience. A good friend told us about Lou's Car Care and I just drove home with my new car. I could not be more impressed and satisfied with the entire experience from beginning to end . It feels so good to deal with honest, good people who go above and beyond meeting your needs. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I will be happy to tell all my friends to call Lou Jr when in need of a car.

I love this car. From the interior to the outside. Every bit of this is worth the money! We bought this car used with 16,000 miles. It feels new, it drives new, and even better. The car is still under warranty. You can never go wrong with a Toyota. you can never go wrong with Fred's Executive Auto.

I love the car and it's mileage and usefulness. I just don't think the vehicle is worth the near $300/month I pay and the over $350/month I will pay once I purchase it out of the lease. There is no real wow factor to the vehicle. It's a basic point-a-to-point-b vehicle that doesn't inspire greatness or rampant want/need.
I was searching for a used truck and I didn't have much credit history. Not only did they get me a loan without a co-signer, they also bent over backward to make sure that my first financed vehicle experience went smoothly. Everyone there is super nice as well as being helpful. I've worked at dealerships and spent time at others and no one comes close to the professionalism and hospitality of Rome pre owned. They are four hours away from me but I won't hesitate to buy my next vehicle there! Well worth the trip! Thanks again Matt!!!!
