For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.

New owner of a 2024 Limited, extremely happy with the driving comfort, even though it does have a restricted leg room in the backseat which seldom is used. Upgraded technology inside the cabin with the 14 inch screen and the dial controls for the radio four-wheel-drive and HVAC controls. I really like the spray in bedliner power tailgate the exterior bed lights and the power steps also the rear sliding power window. my fuel economy is about 22 miles per the gallon but as of now it’s only got 1000 miles on it so I’m anticipating that to improve as the engine gets broken in. I do find that the standard turbo four-cylinder makes a slight rumble going uphill, but I have ordered a sound attenuation pad for under the hood and that should eliminate that. I find the driver in passenger seats to be equally comfortable with good bolstering as well as a lumbar support system that is four ways. I was a previous owner of a Ford F150 and a Dodge Ram 1500, but I wanted a pick up truck that would fit in my garage. Having have been a previous Toyota owner, I am looking forward to many years of problem free concerns based on the high-quality of Toyota and also the ACSI rating number of 83.

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. This vehicle seems to be an outstanding vehicle for its class. The only reason that I'm not giving it five stars for comfort is that it rides like a truck -- which is what its supposed to be, but quite comfortable for a truck. The other four star rating I gave it was because it was not available with a manual transmission. Again, it's a truck, not a car and trucks, as working vehicles should be available with a manual transmission -- but people today don't want to actually have to DRIVE a vehicl.

I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

I’ve owned a 2022 Toyota 4Runner sr5 for around 2 years now and the whole time I’ve put that thing through basically xxxx, and it has never ever broken, or had anything wrong with it, it may not be considered a truck to some but it sure has driven better than any truck I’ve ever driven, the 4Runner is a beast

Great experience so far with the Tacoma. Have loved the ride and comfort it provides, with the only negative so far being some of the quality of the interior isn’t the greatest. The door panels specifically are loose feeling on the handles, seems cheap for a $55k truck.

Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

I fit real well in this truck . I like the gas mileage and it is awesome. The color fits me and l like 4 wheel drive. The truck works good in the snow and handles extremely well.

This truck gets crappy gas mileage. Supposed to get 16 mpg city 24 mpg hwy but really only gets about 12-14 mpg in city and 18 to 20 mpg on hwy with crappy ethanol gas. When I was using no ethanol gas in great state of FL I was getting 16 to 18 mpg in city and 22 to 24 mpg on hwy. But I am now in CA so I am getting crappy mpg. I will be moving back to FL in a year.

Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

Was looking to buy a new 4Runner TRD Off-Road but none of the dealers in the area had what we were looking for. Not wanting to put in a build order and potentially wait another 4-6 months, we did an extended radius search online and found the exact one we wanted at Sheehy Toyota of Timonium – and for a great (almost too good to be true) price! I used the online form to request availability and got put in contact with Matt Ellis. Having never purchased a car out of state before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But after a few emails and phone calls to iron out the details, Matt thoroughly explained the whole process and answered all of my questions – everything wound up being as smooth as could be. No surprises. No ‘gotchas’. No pressure. All the way through to the end including working with the Finance manager, Donna Hale – she was very informative, presented all of my options, didn’t try to pressure me on anything I declined, and was even able to beat the APR I was pre-approved for by a few fractions of a point. The whole experience was easily worth the time it took to travel there and back!

I love my Tacoma. I've always been a GMC person, but wasn't happy with their smaller pickup options. I made the jump to a Tacoma and I've already driven it across the country. I was very comfortable, extremely happy with performance.

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. In the hills of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia or anywhere there’s a big hill/mountain do not expect engine performance. It’s get up and go is gone!

The dealer determined the car needed expensive work so they took the vehicle to auction. There was no other car I was interested in. The dealership stayed in consistent contact with me to keep me up to date.

Perfect truck. Best all around pick-up truck. Good off road, great gas mileage. Cheap insurance, awesome looking, good towing, decent load capacity, seats 4 comfortably. Rides great.
