Ricardo was equally committed and took the time to present additional options that aligned with what we were looking for. He also introduced us to the manager (whose name I unfortunately don’t recall), who was very respectful and understanding of our expectations. We were ultimately able to reach an agreement that worked well for us, especially regarding the monthly payments, and we were very happy with the outcome. Last but not least, Daniela was extremely efficient in completing the paperwork—she was attentive, friendly, and made the process smooth and easy. Overall, we felt very fortunate to have such a great team assisting us and helping us make the right decision.
