I can't recommend this seller enough. Allen is fantastic...a great person who is wonderful to deal with. Buying a car is stressful, and I had a horrible experience with another seller and deal that fell through on the seller's end. We called Rt 15, drove 2 hours to see the car (stressed to the max!) and it couldn't have gone smoother. The car looked BETTER than the pictures and his phone description of the car was accurate. It felt more like car buying 20 years ago, not the impersonal experience you find today. The whole process only took 2 trips down, he even worked with me on a trade and it felt like dealing with a friend, not a transaction. So, take the drive, don't think twice. It'll be worth it! My family loves the car.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

My car needs and life changed suddenly and a rethink of what I was driving made me choose a used Sienna with the idea of needing more room for camping, camping gear and possabilities of cargo hauling.

Just purchased a new Highlander here and we cannot say enough about Jeff in Sales and the entire Leadcar staff we dealt with during the process!! We have bought a number of cars over the years, with some really great experiences, but this one topped them all. From the day I called and spoke with Jeff about buying a new Highlander, until 2 days later when we drove out the door, we were treated so well. Jeff was very knowledgeable & patient while answering our questions, allowed us all the time we needed to check out the vehicle & pick his brain, and was honest about everything. When we began to discuss costs, there was no shell game and he was upfront about all that we asked about. There were no hidden costs, he explained how the process would work, was fair with our trade and did all he could to be sure we were satisfied before we signed the bottom line. When we went to pick up the car the finance manager was just as professional and explained each and every page we were signing. Jeff patiently spent a great deal of time with us explaining all of the electronics and settings to ensure we were confident in how everything worked. He also provided his number so we could reach out with any questions after we drove it for a few days. Before calling Jeff, I was dealing with a local, "big name" dealer close to my home who was not nearly as customer focused as the folks at LeadCar. After one month, the truck is running great. They delivered it the day after I bought it. This was wonderful as the wife almost totalled her car the night I bought the truck. My best experience yet for buying a vehicle. When you visit, be prepared. If it had wings, traffic would be flying low. Only bad part. Take your time, you'll be fine.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.
