Yes, he has the mindset that you are his ONLY customer, and he will "make it right". He is respectful, honest and trustworthy. It's hard to trust the stereotypical "used car salesman"...I don't even need to explain, right? Please toss that connotation out when you shop with Alex and be refreshingly and happily amazed at how he makes it all happen in a non-stressful and productive way. I won't torture you with a long review, but I want to because EVERYTHING was handled so efficiently. I should include that I have been a Sales Manager for IBM and Henry Schein Dental...these multibillion $ co.'s are built on high end sales/service reputations. Point is this: I know greatness when I see it. One or two examples: Spoke to Alex about the Mercedes he had dropped in price to sell (great Carfax info btw...gives "fair price" accurately). Perfectly priced, so no need to dicker. I tell him I will need to get a friend to drive me there in case I buy the car...an uber driver was at my door in less than 15 minutes on Alex's dime. Bought the car and ALL paperwork was done, so I got my plates, stickers, registration in the mail shortly thereafter. Went back to get the smog done and pointed out the air conditioning/heat blower wasn't operating very well; don't forget, this is AFTER the sale. Alex could have charged me for parts and labor, but instead had Eugene (excellent mechanic btw) and Dmitry install the new blower for FREE...ask yourself when that kind of giving attitude and service happened at a used car dealer? Also put on 2 new front tires for “wholesale cost” and no labor charge. Please, you owe it to yourself to be dealt with in a professional and experienced service oriented manner...I am completely sold on Alex. P.S. In the short time I've gotten to know him, Alex has impressed me also with his love of his family. I value this also. Hope you go meet Alex...he will without a doubt, validate this review.

I so much like my sienna 1999 model but of recent it pulls to one side (Left) when i match my brake. Also can i use big nylon to cover the body because of dust.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Can’t beat Serramonte Ford’s Service Department for outstanding car and customer care. Service advisor Pamela Yeager and the team of technicians, especially Hung Le, are excellent. Serramonte Ford has kept my Ford Escape in great shape for more than a dozen years and tens of thousands of miles. I trust them to keep my Escape as safe, reliable and roadworthy as it was when it was new.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

I recently had to look for a used replacement for my previous car which got totalled in an accident (also bought from Fremont Toyota). We decided to go with a used 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring that was being offered up at Fremont Toyota for the price range that I was looking for. It was pretty much a no-brainer for us to call up Adnan Kazmee (he goes by Kaz though) to help us out with this purchase since he helped us out with the previous one. Kaz was very sympathetic to our situation and took some time to make sure the price, financing, etc. were manageable but also worth it for what we are paying for. I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I came here 3 times to get and help my peoples to get a new car. All 3 times I’ve had Ahmed help me and all 3 times he never failed to help me walk out of here with a brand new car. He is the best, I have no doubt in that. All staff were great and helpful. By far the best car dealership in California.

Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

Auto 4 Less is a fantastic place to buy a used car. David is a classy, honest person who will work with you rather than try to take advantage of you. We went to numerous used car places in the Bay Area before going to A4L and they all had serious flaws, either with their inventory or trustworthiness. But not David and Auto 4 Less. Great price, great car and fantastic experience. Buy with the utmost confidence.

Own a 2004 with over 330,000 miles. It just keeps running. As a landlord, I use it somewhat like a truck, it holds tools in the rear. Can transport 4x8 sheets of drywall and plywood with some shuffling. Hauled 1200 lbs of concrete bags behind the front row seats many times. I use the 3rd row for passengers. Have removed the second row and never replaced them. Change the oil every 5Kmi because that interval is easy to remember. And the typical timing belt and water pump (while exposed) every 100K. Just let the dealer do the brakes, they last years and don't wobble. Of course the automatic doors gave out at 200K, but you kind of expect that. They still work manually. A few strange items like a steering rack at 150K and vent window hinge gave out around then. And the drivers seat heater gave up. The problem is that this van is so good, I really hate to replace it. It's a good problem to have. I'm not hauling concrete in a brand new $50,000 Sienna.

I test drove this van after having three other Toyota siennas that all performed very well. What I don’t like about this van is the center consul takes up too much room. The third row side windows do not open and since I sleep in my van, sometimes on a bed in the back, with my head near those windows, I can’t get as much fresh air as I did with all the other Sienna’s I had. The second row seats are supposed to not be able to be taken out, but I found a YouTube video that shows that you can take them out . I know it gets great gas mileage.

Purchase two vehicles from here, one originally became a trade in which made they made the process very smooth. Once traded in, paperwork was processed and payment was accepted, and off I was in a brand new vehicle. Would definitely come back here again especially for the competitive vehicle pricing. My car needs and life changed suddenly and a rethink of what I was driving made me choose a used Sienna with the idea of needing more room for camping, camping gear and possabilities of cargo hauling.

Tran was the technician working on my car was he was excellent at communicating with me on the status of the parts for my car and staying in touch with me throughout the process. I just got my car back, so I really can?t say how the car is running. But I?m sure it will be fine.

This van is amazing!!!super roomt holds 8people comfortably all seats recline lots of leg room throughout van good for adults too.. Definitely recommend this van.

Price was as advertised without haggling (and in my case, will priced), car I came in for was available for test drive at my appointment time, and paperwork for purchase was efficiently handled. Good experience at the sales level! As with all used cars I was a little concerned about the sales process, but in this case things were low pressure and seemingly free of sales gimmicks. Appreciated they didn't try to sell me 5 extras and tack on dealer fees. It all just kinda went to plan.

2015 limited edition. purchased used in 2020. This is my 4th Toyota Van. 2 Previa's and 2nd Sienna. Obviously love the space, reliability, comfort and safety. Issues are: As noted in the Cars.com review, the engine is very noisy at highway speed and for some highway surfaces you may not even be able to carry a conversation with your partner sitting next to you! The Stereo isn't that great maybe due to excess outside noise or electronic interference. The Gas Door stuck closed on me. I had to pry it open, now it's loose and I have to be careful in pushing it back in place. Dealer was no help regarding a recall or warranty, and body shop was talking over $1000 to only do the paint work. I did have a fuel leak thru the rubber hose where it mates with the fuel tank that I noticed because I smelled fuel driving it from the dealer where purchased. So much for the 172 pt inspection! Problem was actually a metal rib which sits against the rubber hose and slicing thru, so I hammered the rib away from the area and put a new hose on and that fixed it. Go to the sienna forum for pictures. Also added a trailer hitch from etrailer for the occasional needs. V6 Engine itself has plenty of power and is trouble free. Overall, I love the ride, interior volume and reliability. All my garage tools are collecting dust because I don't get a chance to use them! You can put more in a minivan than in most trucks and close the rear door!

We have the 2025 XSE AWD without leather seats. It is very comfortable to drive and ride in, has lots of power, and has many safety features. With the 3 traction (not plug in) hybrid motors we have averaged over 33 mpg (reviews claim 35/36) with combined driving using regular unleaded gas. Only downside is there is no spare tire, but instead an inflation kit.
