The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 for buying process is because you always have to leave yourself room in your mind for your monthly payment once you sit down with the finance person. But everyone was very pleasant.

This time, I had a flat tire, and Elvia ordered the replacement tire for me as quickly as possible and completed the tire change within one hour. This was much faster than the waiting time I experienced before. She truly values the customer?s time, and I was very pleased with the experience. I was looking at three different cars across a dozen or so dealers. Only two were willing to run the process in a way that worked for me and only was anywhere near as transparent as I needed. Guess where I spent my money? CJ in sales and Brandon in finance were enjoyable people to be around, real humans.
