2025 Camry SE is a nice ride. It's almost luxury feeling but kinda sporty as well. Averaging 49-50 mpg. Pretty comfortable and pretty decent power with 225hp so it doesn't feel slow. Pretty happy with purchase and would reccomend it. $31k + tax

We had a great experience with Christopher Sims-Walton as our salesperson. It's very rare to find someone who listens to your wants and needs without all the pressure to seal the deal within a certain time frame after arrival. He checked in on us as we went around the lot. We've had salesmen follow us, even after we've told them that we're just looking around. This was our 3rd dealership we had visited and I must admit, the best experience was here. I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

I got the LE but everything still feels high quality and stylish, little expensive like everything these days but still very happy with my car.

I like my 2025 Camry S.E.. I think it is a nearly perfect car, except for the price of the car, which was too much. I paid nearly $36,000 for this car, but I feel this car's value is closer to $22,000. All cars/trucks are severely overpriced. The quality of the car is outstanding, the ride is taut and sporty, acceleration is more than adequate. The dealer experience was nearly traumatic! It sickens me that Toyota sales-managers can lie so easily and advertise falsely without having to spend some time in jail in an attempt to rip-off consumers!

My advisor, Andrew Orsen,was very helpful in replacing a damaged tire and finding the cost was covered by my warranty. The waiting room could be improved by replacing the chairs with comfortable chairs.

Mine is the 2022 LE, but has the convenience package. It includes the sunroof, blind spot monitor, keyless entry, hood and door edge wrap. It really has almost all I could want. I wish it were another color than white, and the backup camera could be better at night. Other than that it has been pretty much perfect for the 13 months I have had it. The LTA, collision avoidance, and BSM, as well as adaptive cruise control are great safety features. The white paint shows dirt too easily, but it looks great when clean. I have noticed no issues with the power train. The gears shift smooth, and the power is more than adequate. I am 64, so way past the age where I wish to impress anyone with a road racer. Good, reliable, safe transportation from point A to point B is my priority. This care is more than adequate for that function.

Went there to look at a Nissan Xterra I saw listed online. Tamara helped me. She was very friendly and hands-off. I never felt pressured in the least. The prices on all the cars seemed reasonable. When I said I wanted the car, the buying process started immediately and took maybe 30 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and happy to have me there, and I never got the feeling of being pressured into anything. Great experience overall, and I'm very happy with the car!

My filipina wife and I bought our 2007 Toyota yaris Sedan in 2007 and it's been running great ever since! We thank GOD for it everyday. Starts good (interstate battery) and runs well. We are grateful for it! Hope and pray it lasts another two to five years or more. It's not luxury, it's not flashy, it's not high maintenance, it's just a reliable little vehicle. GOD is good!

Carmax has a wide variety of used cars to check out if you are not sure what you want. We found a 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport with less than 8000 miles. Very nice vehicle that is roomy with lots of cool options. My sales agent was very nice, no pressure and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes to sign the paperwork. I would buy from Carmax again!

I’ve had my black Crown Limited for about 19 months now and am already at 30k miles since I drive a ton. I love it! It’s extremely comfortable, accelerates very smoothly and I’ve had no mechanical or technical issues so far.

Got it as my second car! It is very reliable and very cute. The gas mileage is pretty okay? It is about on par with the 2012 Volkswagen passat I had before. There are a few things I wish the car had like a CD player, the car does have Bluetooth and aux but I still want ti listen to my CD's. I wish there were seat warmers, I really dislike it in the cold but thats okay. Finally I really dislike that the control center for the screen in between the drivers seat and the passengers. Besides all of that I really do enjoy the car, it's reliable and easy to drive. I like the backup camera. If you're looking to get this as your first car I really do recommend, nothing super fancy but still good!

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

My car had to be towed and eventually scrapped due to a bad engine, but the whole team at Shawnee Mission Ford was great. Bryan in the service department was my main contact and he couldn’t have been better!

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

He explained every step of the process that was going to take place after I decided to purchase the car so that helped put my mind to ease. The loan officer was polite and not just pushing me through the deal. He stopped and answered my questions, which were quite a few, with direct answers. The car comes up short on the interior, the carpet is very cheap and the seats stain easily. I should have gotten a new SE.

The SXE Camry is a comfortable, reliable and the only draw back is the plastic grills in the front . The front fenders and back should be more like the older models. The mpg is 23.9 after driving 8,000 miles. I believe the car is still breaking in. The sport economy mode gives you the best gas mpg. The sport mode has great steering and gripping the road going up hills and curves is a plus. Overall, I would recommend this model.

The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. The salesperson, Austin Hubbard, was a pleasure to work with. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. Austin was kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. From the moment he greeted us at the front door until the moment we drove away, Austin was there to provide help, guidance and even some words of encouragement. It’s kind of funny. It’s a Corolla Hybrid, but looks so sporty that I find a lot of people look to race me when the light turns green…it’s a Corolla, and it’s not quick…at all. But, that’s a testament to its appearance. It’s very nice looking in the SE trim. The performance and CVT are prohibitive to excitement, but it is economical and adequate for normal city and highway driving. The road noise is pretty bad, but the suspension supple and it absorbs road imperfections well. The seats in front and the rear are comfortable. It does lack storage space as well. The glove box is basically just big enough to hold your registration. The center console is very small as well. The base sound system is its biggest flaw. It is terrible. I don’t know if the upgraded stereo is much better or worth the upgrade, but with as much road noise as there is, a better/louder stereo is needed to hear the music and drown out the other noise. I am averaging about 44-45 MPG in the AWD SE Hybrid.
