I will continue to be a loyal Sparks Toyota customer because the product and the people are definitely a cut above the rest. These two items along with customer service make Sparks the most reliable dealership in our area.

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

Customer service has been excellent in terms of team keeping me informed and getting back to me quickly when I leave a message. This is my 5th VW from Eastcoast. I’m very satisfied with the dealership. However, my Tiguan has less than 3000 miles and this is the 2nd time it has completely locked up, making it undriveable. Hopefully this module is good and I don’t have another problem.

My 2010 had 317,000 miles when I bought my 2021. I absolutely love the changes that toyota has made. My 2021 is a perfect truck for comfort and reliability.

They were very professional but able to put you at ease as soon as you walked through their doors. There was no pressure and they wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Tasia was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Two hours from the minute I walked in to I drove off in my new car is beyond exceptional and I have never had such fast service. Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I went to the dealership after I got off work just to look at a particular pickup I saw online. I was met by Nick Lopes who is a one man show at this lot. Let me say, this experience was far from your old school sales pitch. Right away, I could tell Nick was a genuine guy. He provided me with knowledge of the truck as well as taking time to answer all my questions without trying to coerce me to buy. I did not feel the "sharky" atmosphere that is typically felt when you walk into a dealership which I was thankful for. The condition of this pickup was better than I anticipated and was priced fairly in my opinion, so I chose to finalize a trade in deal. I felt comfortable with the allowance I was given as well! Nick stayed late with me until around 9:30 to make sure this was settled completely. Everything about this process was seamless and thorough. I left with a new car, and was more than pleased with the entire process. Still doesn't feel real. Thanks Nick!

This vehicle seems to be an outstanding vehicle for its class. The only reason that I'm not giving it five stars for comfort is that it rides like a truck -- which is what its supposed to be, but quite comfortable for a truck. The other four star rating I gave it was because it was not available with a manual transmission. Again, it's a truck, not a car and trucks, as working vehicles should be available with a manual transmission -- but people today don't want to actually have to DRIVE a vehicl.

Best mid size truck hands down!! Very reliable and handling is incredible. The V6 in this truck is a beast! Bullet proof!!!! Plenty of power for this truck 👍 it’s not a race car, it’s a beast of a 4X4 and has enough power to get the job done.

We Bought a Mercedes SLK from Bill. The car looked and drove like a new one. A day or two later a hidden problem showed up. I went back to Bill, and he checked, and it was a problem he was unaware. He at once said no problem as he would do what every to fix the problem. There was no discussion or question. He then set up a time for me to return to the dealership and the problem fixed as promised. I can only say this was the most comfortable and friendly used car dealership I have used in buying a car. There is no going back and forth for a deal, it is easy and no pressure. I would buy again when in the market for a used car. They stand behind what they sell.

I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.

New owner of a 2024 Limited, extremely happy with the driving comfort, even though it does have a restricted leg room in the backseat which seldom is used. Upgraded technology inside the cabin with the 14 inch screen and the dial controls for the radio four-wheel-drive and HVAC controls. I really like the spray in bedliner power tailgate the exterior bed lights and the power steps also the rear sliding power window. my fuel economy is about 22 miles per the gallon but as of now it’s only got 1000 miles on it so I’m anticipating that to improve as the engine gets broken in. I do find that the standard turbo four-cylinder makes a slight rumble going uphill, but I have ordered a sound attenuation pad for under the hood and that should eliminate that. I find the driver in passenger seats to be equally comfortable with good bolstering as well as a lumbar support system that is four ways. I was a previous owner of a Ford F150 and a Dodge Ram 1500, but I wanted a pick up truck that would fit in my garage. Having have been a previous Toyota owner, I am looking forward to many years of problem free concerns based on the high-quality of Toyota and also the ACSI rating number of 83.

I am 69 years old and have bought many cars, but I have never had a great experience like I did at this dealership. They bend over backwards to help you regardless of your situation. MOST importantly it is a JEEP. If you want a luxury vehicle, buy one, if you want a full-size truck, buy one, if you want a sports car, buy one, the Jeep Gladiator is none of these. It is designed to be a mid-sized pick-up yet still be a Jeep, it does this PERFECTLY. I have owned 9 Jeeps over the years, as early as 1978 up through 2006; the Jeeps today are full of more amenities and comfort than they ever have been in history. I have 2 Gladiators; a '23 Mojave, and a '23 Diesel Overland, both of them are INCREDIBLE vehicles on and off road, and MORE than fit the bill for a light duty pick-up, superseding most others on the market, and I am even comparing to any of the 5 Tacoma's I have owned. If you are in the market for a light duty pick-up, you can't beat it; whether it is a loaded up graded model, or even the base model, it is still a truck with 4WD, straight axles, and still available with a manual transmission. VERY happy with both of mine!

Sparks Toyota is a well-known Toyota dealership in the Myrtle Beach region. While I have heard great things about Sparks, I recently was interested in a used car that they had onsite. I scheduled an appointment for a test drive with a family member for several hours later in the day. When we arrived for our appointment, a salesperson went to get the car to bring it to the front of the dealership but returned a few minutes later and said that the care couldn't be started. The salesperson surmised that the battery was dead and asked that we give him 30-minutes to have the battery changed. It took a little over an hour until the car was ready for the test drive. The salesperson was friendly and discussed different options for purchase. We liked the vehicle but noted a few vibrations in the steering. We decided against the car. The battery issue arose later in the day at a different dealership, so apparently it happens a lot. While it was a rough experience, I won't let this stop me from shopping for vehicles at Sparks in the future.

We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own

Only has had one glitch, the passenger window switch died after about a month, but that's what the warranty is for, and they fixed it. The hybrid is rated at 38 mpg I think, but I'm getting closer to 48, I log my mileage, so that's a reliable number. Front wheel drive so you don't have the light rear end traction issues. Feels and drives more like a car, but when you want to load stuff the bed is there. Unless you want a big heavy duty truck, which it isn't, there's nothing not to love about it.

My Gladiator is 3 years old. Driving in Alaska and what a great vehicle. Starts every morning with no issues. Drives great in deep snow thanks to the ground clearance. The ride is stiff-it’s a Jeep.

Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

I can't tell you how happy I am with this truck! In fact, out of all the new cars I've ever bought, this is my favorite. I wanted a truck, girlfriend wanted an SUV, then we found this and we both love it. Honestly, we were initially attracted to the styling -- it's a bad**s looking truck, and very unique. We love the way it drives, which is like a small performance SUV, and not at all truck-like. The interior is not plush, but very comfortable. The displays and controls aren't cluttered, with everything well designed and easy to find. It's packed with very useful features for an extremely reasonable price, and so far I haven't found anything I don't like.

This was my first experience with East Coast Volkswagen and it was very pleasant and enjoyable. Everyone was very friendly and polite. They were patient in answering all the questions I had about the vehicle I purchased. I would recommend for other buyers.

I bought my 2024 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 in March of 2025. It had 63 miles on it, was sold as a used pickup, but basically brand new, and I got a VERY GOOD deal on the purchase from my local Nissan dealer. Back in the day, I bought a new Frontier in 2007 and it was an exceptional pickup but the 2024 is even better! The styling and the fit and finish is excellent, inside and out. Love the V6 and the 9-speed automatic, very smooth and quiet. The mileage is 2-3 mpg better than the 2007, 18 around town and 23 on the highway. Very comfortable on a long trip. I am very pleased that this pickup has a greatly improved the turning radius over the '07 - good for you, Nissan. It handles great off-road. I have nothing negative to say about my Frontier!! Love it!!!

I called to check on the status of a car we asked to be shipped from Myrtle Beach to Dothan, Alabama. The lady I spoke with was prompt and professional in determining where it was and what was happening with it. She also gave me a revised estimate as to when it would arrive in Dothan.

We have a 2022 Limited with 24000 miles. It serves its purpose well with the ability to cary bark dust and as a daily driver. The creature comforts are very nice with the cooled seats and the heated steering wheel. is inexcusable that the top model has a manual passenger seat. The headlights are the worst I have ever driven with.
