2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

2015 RAM 1500 review
My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

2022 RAM 2500 review
We wound up taking our 22 ram 2500 cummins over Sonora Pass due to a computer routing error(no signs either). This was while hauling a 13,000lb. 5th wheel. Tranny got hot pulling up the east side but cooled right back down after 15 minute stop.. Brakes overheated coming down west side but able to get stopped and let them cool for 45 minutes. we made it using 4 low. do not recommend trying this but the truck performed amazingly.... wont buy another brand after this adventure. Sonora Pass is a 26% grade up and down btw

2021 RAM 1500 review
One of the best trucks I’ve ever owned. I wanted the 5.7 hemi, but wasn’t sold on the e torque. After driving it for awhile, I’m totally in love with it! 395 hp and 410 ft lbs of torque. This thing is great!!

2022 Ford F-150 review
2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

2019 Ford F-250 review
The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

Last month in July on a Saturday, our Ford truck stopped running while driving it, which was quite dangerous. We were 1 mile from Cisco Bay Ford and asked if they could take the vehicle for repair. We were told they wouldn't be able to look at it for 3 weeks. We had no choice but to leave the vehicle at that dealership. They were closed when we brought it. On Monday morning, we asked if they could look at the vehicle as it was disabled. They said "maybe by the end of the week". We were unable to get a rental from them and there were no rentals available in our area. We immediately called Quirk Ford in Hallowell (where we normally have our truck serviced). Josh was incredibly sympathetic and said he could look at it the following day. We paid for the tow. Early Tuesday morning, Josh called informing us it was an issue with wiring. The good news was we didn't need any parts but the repair was labor intensive and would take 1/2 day to complete. Josh went a step further and said if the service department closed before the repair was done, they would take payment over the phone and leave the keys in the truck so we could pick it up after hours when the repair was completed. We were incredibly impressed with Josh. He was professional, efficient and explained this dealership will purposely keep appointments open each day for disabled vehicles so they can repair them and get the customer back on the road. We can't say enough about this service department. They consistently go above and beyond. We live in the Yarmouth area now but decided to keep Quirk as our service dealership as no one can beat their service. Thank you Josh so much for the exceptional service you provided us. More importantly, thank you for communicating with us on a regular basis so we could remain informed about the completion of the repair. You not only looked at the vehicle immediately, you repaired it in the same day despite not having an appointment and the job taking hours to fix. We appreciated this more than you'll ever now. Purchased our second vehicle through, Quirk in Bangor. Unforunately, our 2017 Tahoe needed more work then we were willing to dump into it. 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
Chevy has been in the family for over years. I Love my truck.. I gave a second chance buying Chevrolet. My other vehicle was a Tahoe. And the transmission went out. So I decided to give it a second chance. Guess what my transmission went out on this one two.. Chevrolet should make a recall it's very scare and unsafe when truck just wants to go reverse.

2019 Ford F-250 review
I got my crew cab 2019 F250 XLT with the 6.2L for 37k in 2020 with 22k miles on it. I’ve put 25k miles on it in two years and It’s been ok, the cab is very spacious, first thing people say when they open the back doors is “this thing is a limo!” And trust me it’s the best thing for moving. I love the fold up backseats, it’s just that much more cargo space. Mine also has the pop up organizer under the seat which is perfect for grocery shopping, and keeping tools from rolling around. She’s pretty quick for her size too which I enjoy, I’ve had no running issues yet but honestly I’m not impressed with its Towing capabilities. I had my older 7200lb superduty on a trailer and the 2019 seemed to have a hard time figuring out what gear it wanted to be in even with tow mode on while doing 30-40mph. Between that, the heat shield breaking drive shafts recall, and the death wobble I’m sad to say I’m a bit scared of how reliable this thing will be in the long term. I have mine on the list for a new steering dampener to fix it’s death wobble but parts are back ordered “could be 2 weeks or 6 months” the dealership told me. Luckily Ford will cover it cuz it’s a widespread known issue tho. I love the ride and the space, but the mpg is killing me at 15mpg when my 2000 f250 also gets 12-15! 19 years of improvements for the same fuel mileage? Kind of pathetic! My 2000 is just a better truck even with the smaller 5.4L. when it comes to hauling, towing and yanking trees out of the ground the old girl takes the cake!

2020 RAM 1500 review
i have a 2020 ram 1500 classic.. 82,000 miles..have the extended warranty and had the transmission replaced. only problem so far. i am 6ft6in tall and love the room in the truck. on the highway i can get 24 mpg. will keep it until it drops. must have lucky.

2025 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Let me start by saying I have the AT4 model with the Duramax 3.0L diesel. I had a 2024 Elevation with the 5.3L V-8 that I bought to pull my 22’ camper. While the Elevation pulled my camper fine it drank the gas like it was on a binge. And with a 26 gallon gas tank it seemed I was filling up every couple of hours. After one trip to Nova Scotia I knew something had to change. I pulled my camper out west to Yellowstone and back through Arizona. It pulled like a champ and fillups were a lot more manageable. Even driving the speed limit out west I still got four to five mpg better than with the gasser. I liked the Elevation but I love the AT4. Way nicer ride and great handling. I get 30 per gallon of diesel on the highway if I drive the speed limit but I got it to tow with. I added a Titian replacement fuel tank so I have 43 gallons instead of the 26 it came with.

2016 Nissan Titan XD review
It’s got a 3/4 ton chassis in a 1/2 ton market. Plenty of muscle to pull what ever I need towed. I wish Nissan would partner with Cummings again. Overall Valve has really worked for us. One final plus, this big truck is garageable.
