We shopped all over for the used minivan we wanted. I inquired about it online, and the saleman, Eric, had the van parked out front and was ready to look at when we arrived. Very pleased with our buying experience.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!

I own a 2023 Sierra 1500 Elevation equipped with the 2.7L TurboMax, and it’s been outstanding. It currently has 23,000 flawless miles. I’ll admit, I was skeptical of the 2.7 at first, but I jumped in feet-first and have never looked back. Living in Colorado, I regularly tow a 5,000-pound travel trailer through the Rockies with zero performance issues. The truck pulls confidently, handles grades with ease, and still delivers impressive fuel economy—23–24 mpg on the highway and about 18 mpg in town. I couldn’t be happier with this setup. If there is a negative to mention, that would be that after three years of ownership, the black wheels havent grown on me, and Im beginning to hate em. :) Lastly, the mpg while towing drops to 9mpg which is similar to that of a V8. All said, its been a great truck. :)

Their service team helped me understand what i needed for service. Oh and they fixed a bad bulb for free too.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

2023 F150 Lariat. Just bought this used so these are my first impressions. So far very happy with the truck. Comfortable and handles nicely. V-6 seems very responsive. My issues at this point are related to my ability to setup this truck the way I want it. I am lucky that it came with the feature for automatic shutoff every time you stop for a red light already permanently removed. I would hate that feature if it had it. There is a lot of other features I would just as soon not have that I have had varying levels of success in turning off. Automatic lane keeping is one. While I was able to turn it off in the settings, it still interferes with setting cruise control. When I try to turn cruise control on it sets lane keeping anyway and I have to turn it off with another button press, while showing a stupid truck icon on the dash instead of my speed. I have to press an OK button to turn lane keeping off, then it will set the cruise control. All these button presses and having to look at the dash while doing this are very distracting and increases the time I'm not looking at the road, actually making the truck less safe. You really have to pick your time for setting cruise control. The automatic braking is another dangerous feature in my view. Thankfully I was able to turn that one off. The truck will beep 2 times if the engine is running and you get out, like to check your mailbox. It is irritating at best, not just for me, but for my neighbors, especially early in the morning or late at night. There is no mute button on the steering wheel for the radio, that I can find at least. I had this feature on other trucks and found it very helpful. Reverse brake assist makes no sense to me at all. I turned it off, but it is another one that puts a warning message on the dash to tell me that. I find the warning messages for the features I have turned off distracting and useless. These are my first impressions, there will probably be more later.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

Plus, Jeremy at Champion Hargreaves Chevrolet was outstanding; I ended up with a lifetime powertrain warranty, a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty from the dealership, and the price was a steal for a truck w/ only 26,000 miles on it! I am as happy as a clam!

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

The service advisor is professional, competent, and personable. Oil change and tire rotation was completed in a timely manner. Very satisfied with this service. Cost is in line with competitors.

The huge computer screen in the center counsel was slow and unresponsive during the cold weather months. Actually, the computer screen is the only issue with the truck.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

I purchased a new 2025 XLT powerboost about a month ago. Got around 1500 miles on it. The overall performance of the truck is awesome. Its a good looking truck. I have added tint windows, hard bed cover and I am getting the upgraded leather package for it as well. The gas mileage is great and with hybrid it gets even better. The handling is good. The stop & go is also great. I went from a 2020 Nissan Titan to this F150 and must say I am impressed overall with the truck. I happy about the warranty that ford provided and look to maybe get the extended warranty when the time comes.

I own my third navigator, they are absolutely best suv made!!! Any way I was having a horrible problem with my steering while driving, we were going to Nc/sc , doing 70 mph with a trailer and then the steering wheel spun to left but wheels stayed straight!!! Almost killed us on i95 in Virginia!!! I was praying that it never happened again and of course I got xxxx luck!!! So we made sure when it happened again that it would be on video!!! Reason for video is we used to go to Springfield Lincoln, it was our second Lincoln dealer in 40 years!!! Chapman/sheehy Lincoln was first dealer they went out of business!!! So when we told Springfield ford first time they laughed at us said it wasn’t possible!!! That was service manager!!! Nice huh!!! So that’s why my son and I had it video from our attorneys video that they have set up on entire suv!!! We had a video now of 3xs in 10 days!!! Even after they watched videos they called up to Lincoln cause Springfield had no idea , they told me it has to crash or come up on computer before they will help us!!! Wow I have paid cash for all of my Lincoln’s!!! Gave owned 3 towncars, 1 mark 8, 2 navigators, 1 mercury cougar, 1 aviator!! With all of this u would think they would treat you better!!!! Springfield Ford is the worst, horrible with customers, and mechanics or lot person damaged dash and it was on video, asked the person if they had by accident damaged anything in vehicle??? Said to me absolutely nothing damaged!!! Then showed him video of him scratching the computer area, his expression said it all!!! Now for Carmen Lincoln all I can say is tytytytytytytytytyty Jesus!!! Think u get the picture!!! As soon as I explained everything that we told Springfield Ford, the service manager did his magic and fixed entire vehicle!!! When I say the day went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my family had a safe vehicle to drive is an understatement, the service manager kept me abreast the entire way of fixing the vehicle, Springfield Ford couldn’t be bothered did not care if we crashed or not it was so bad with Springfield Ford did I actually contact the attorneys gave them all the text and voice messages from Springfield Ford and had something happened to my family the lawyers were able to sue the living xxxx out of Springfield Ford and Lincoln for putting us in danger !!!!’ The absolute best Lincoln dealership in tristate area is without a doubt Carmen Lincoln , If you want honest good people skilled people then you go to Carman Ford Carman Lincoln and they will take care of you I would not trust many other people now because of Springfield Ford, then here comes Carman Lincoln to the rescue!! The service manager absolutely said he was not giving the truck back until it was fixed and he was true to his word Carman Lincoln is the only place to buy Lincoln ‘s and to take them to get them fixed you will never be happier and that’s a promise!!!! On July 26, 2022 I picked up my fourth F150. This one was different. It was the first one I ordered (waited 10 mths.), the most costly and a hybrid. Now, almost a year later, I find I am greatly enjoying the truck. It tows 7000# with ease, is quiet, and the feature set is fantastic. Each rendition of the F150 has been better. I started with the 2009. Nice but heavy. The 2015 was the first aluminum one and I did have some trouble with the brake controller failing and catching fire. The 2017 was great but in its last year it developed a dripping leak when raining in the sunroof that thankfully I was able to fix. It was the best up until this one. The recalls-windshield motor and flickering taillights (LED flash). My motor was fine and the taillights were reprogrammed. I would say that is minor compared to my friend's Red Silverado who in 2015 got a notice that they were catching fire on rear defroster wiring! I haven't had any issues and I am just amazed at the technology. It drove me 200 miles to Tallahassee. I cannot wait for the BlueCruise update supposedly this year. I get about 3mpg better than my 2017 10spd, Ecoboost in town and about 1mpg better on the highway. It varies but that is about the average. Ecoboosts can be thirsty if you want power. They like to cruise so I have learned to get to speed, not crawl up and keep a light foot. I own a truck because I need one to tow my camper and I need one to serve dual purpose as a daily driver too. I find that the Ford F150 fits that bill. I have shopped all the choices on full size pickups. The only other truck, to me, that met my needs with positive factors was the GMC Denali diesel half ton. I was not impressed with the overall package of the Tundra, RAM or Titan. They did not check all the boxes for me. I look for comfort, MPG, engine/power/torque RPM power curve for towing, tow features, style, etc. The hybrid eco and the diesel blow the others away for low RPMs while towing which is torque and that makes for a more enjoyable tow. Less noise , stress, etc. My two finalists also got the best MPG. I leaned toward the hybrid more too because of the current stance on diesels and the DEF and the cost of the fuel compared to regular gas. As a long time sports sedan owner turned trucker, I would tell you to shop. Read and research but some facts, well, aren't facts. I remember my legacy of sports sedans and buying recommended models- LOL. The Lexus- bad radios- all of them on the lot, cyclops brake light bulb not replaceable when blown, BMW 328is coupe- bad electrical battery blew up 2yrs., Infiniti G38 jerking and slamming 8spd. auto transmission on Interstates on quick braking- these were all top rated/reviewed cars and not cheap. I had more trouble with those three than any other vehicles I ever have owned. If you are looking for a truck, a vehicle meant for hauling and towing, then I highly recommend an F150. There is a reason they have such high sales in spite of what some reviews say.

I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.
