They are so busy it sometimes takes a while to get an appt; but service techs provide good service. Dennis Narsson has ben my tech advisor for my last two visits; has explained the problems and kept me updated as to progress. I have been a service customer for ~8 years.

I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

Great mid-sized truck! Far superior to offerings from Nissan and Toyota - both of which ride like trucks. The Ridgeline rides like an SUV. Quiet, predictable and dependable. The Honda Safety Sensing system is a tad of a nuisance but you get accustomed to ignoring it. Surprised that Honda doesn’t do a better job. Infotainment system is overly complicated. Fuel economy is acceptable. Power is acceptable.

Bought the truck with 3000 miles on it. engine feels strong had no mechanical issues with almost 20,000 miles on it now knock on wood I drive it on 300 mile road trips regularly back and forth to college and with just a few infotainment issues such as Bluetooth not connecting the screen taking over 3 minutes to turn on which are frustrating but not devestating overall for the price this thing should be flawless and not have these basic issues but hasn't left me stranded. (PS don't buy OnStar Wi-Fi it is terrible never works interferes with your service)

The truck handles great, on city streets and the highway. I'm short (5'-4") and I feel comfortable in this truck. Great pickup, low road noise.

Ive owned my 2019 Z71 Colorado for 4 years and 120,000 miles. Outside of basic wear and tear its been a great truck. I am hoping to get 300k out of it. I have heard that it gets transmission shutter. I do occasional get what feels like late shifts or delay in shifts but its never been persistent. Best change ive made is bigger tires. The stocks 255/r17/65 look too small and goofy for this truck.

This is my 3rd Ridgeline, a white/black edition. I am a commited Ridgline fan-boy. While not as robust as some larger "work" trucks, this is the perfect gentlemans truck Two biggest benefits are: reliability and superior gas mileage above all others in it's class

I had my CR-V regular maintenance completed this week. Excellent service from start to finish. The bill was higher than I expected but I guess everything costs more nowadays.

I was originally searching for an SUV. Trading in my high mileage Toyota Camry with way too much road noise, I was looking for the same reliability and an engine with the same "get up and go". I was attracted to the low percentage financing on both Toyota and Honda trucks, I am retired and now I can leave my funds in my IRA and pay a low interest rate and continue to gain in my investments, and not pay the income tax on a one time withdrawal. I love the quiet ride of the Ridgeline. The Honda is easier for me to get into. It is more like getting into an SUV than the Toyota Tacoma. The V6 engine gives me the ability to get around slow moving vehicles safely on two lane roads. I love the ride of my Ridgeline which is more like an SUV because it is on a car chassis not a truck chassis, but I can haul larger items than an SUV. I was also attracted to the Ridgeline because it is already set up to pull my small trailer for my ATV. I love the swing out tailgate for reaching into the back. The roomy trunk in the bottom of the truck bed is amazing, and holds so many misc items and groceries. My Honda Ridgeline will be so much help when I need to take my daughters wheel chair on trips. I have not tested out the All Wheel Drive, but I am looking forward to it's assistance in the Sand Dunes. I have put almost 2000 miles since my purchase a month ago. I Love my Honda Ridgeline

We really appreciated how dedicated the staff at Huntley Ford were. We spoke on the phone and visited to check out a few vehicles with Daniel. He was very patient and wonderful to work with. Although we didn't purchase a car during our visit, we would recommend that anyone visits the dealer for a great experience.

Great little truck! Good looking body style, nice wheels, well done interior, plenty of options including adaptive cruise control in Z71 model. Great alternative to full size pickup. Only one problem so far, module for backup camera has failed and is on back order, so it seems other owners have run into the same problem. Overall, great buy!

Best first new truck. So far so good. I couldn't be more impressed with my Ridgeline. But.... I wasn't a big fan of not getting my vehicle into neutral with a dead battery to back it out of the garage to give me a jump start because I left my tailgate cracked and the lights killed my battery overnight so I had to go buy a portable jump starter cuz I was stuck face first in the garage. But lesson learned I love my new truck I'm glad I got it.

I have just took delivery of my 4th Subaru. Ed Troike was my salesman for all 4. Ed 's dedication keeps me loyal to the brand. The service department as well as the parts department are extreamly clean, and the employees are extreamly knowledgeable, courtious, and proffessional. Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. If iam having a problem with electricity on.this what's going to happen with an E.V

Great “SUT” (sports utility truck). This vehicle will last you well past the 250,000 mile mark. I wish Honda would level it from production and get away from that rake look. This vehicle was not designed to keep up with the likes of 4Runners, Tacoma’s or the GMC midsize trucks. It’s a Honda with a Honda twist to be different. Once they make this vehicle leveled from the factory with at least 8 1/2 inches of ground clearance, this vehicle will need very little mods if any. P.S. Honda start making timing chain V6 engines and ditch the timing belt… our (consumer) cost will drop dramatically after 100K.

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

Traded in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD for the Z71 and have only one regret. I should have bought the Chevy in the first place. It is a much better truck in just about every facet from comfort to technology to cabin quitetness to towing. Toyota Tacoma’s have better resale value and look better but For the money I’m more than happy with the Z71.

I had resigned myself to keeping my current car, but then he found me the perfect vehicle and I love it! All in all it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend McGrath Honda/Elgin. I started my truck search looking at full-size trucks, but honestly didn’t want the exterior size to be that big. Just on a side, have you noticed how a lot of the worst drivers on the road are driving the big full-size trucks? I didn’t know the purpose of having a Hemi to actually run people off the road. You know what I mean? That dude is barreling down the interstate doing about 87mph pulling a big @$$ box trailer and he’s like fish tailing all over the place? Anywho, back to the review... I drove a Jeep Gladiator, a Tacoma, a Colorado and the Nissan Frontier. The Gladiator was almost scary on the highway. Lots of wind noise and blowing me all over the place even at the lower highway speeds around 55-60mpg. For that reason, it didn’t make sense to me as a daily driver on paved roads. While the new Colorado and Tacoma have that brawny stance, neither of them have a V6. What’s the deal with the 4 banger turbo thing? It’s like Arnold Schwarzenegger in that old Christmas movie, “Jingle All The Way.” “I have to get the “Turbo Man!!” What they are not telling you about the 4 cylinder turbo stuff is that even if a 4 cylinder engine has the power of Ivan Drago in Rocky 4, it is working harder to produce that power compared to the naturally aspirated V6. Multiple mechanics I know personally have said the same thing. Inside, both Tac and Colorado were small and cramped. At first glance, you think they are going to be bigger inside than they are. This was disappointing and strange given how the outside is larger than the prior generations of those two trucks. An odd tech. thing about the Colorado was that you actually turn the headlights on using the touch screen. I also thought that the inside materials in the Colorado felt cheap. That glossy plastic stuff if you know what I mean. I liked the tow rating, but decided to keep shopping. The Frontier was actually my second favorite truck behind the Ridgeline. The naturally aspirated V6 instead of the turbo was already setting it above the other trucks. Then, I drove the Ridgeline and it was like Wow!! This thing rocks!! Honda’s proven reliable V6, smooth driving, yet flexible enough on the dirt or gravel roads, I can fit a 4x8 sheet of plywood flat in the bed because there’s no stupid wheel well hump. I absolutely love the tailgate swing out! It gets my body closer to whatever goods I am lifting out of the back instead of having to lean forward. Honda nailed it with this feature! Plus, let me just say that Ridgeline’s interior almost feels like a full size truck. I have tall teenage boys and the first thing they said when they got in the Ridgeline was “Wow dad!! This is nice and big inside!” Plus, as roomy as it is, I like that Ridgeline fits in a standard garage space too! If you get heavy rains, or it happens to snow, it’s nice to be covered when you want to be. You’ve got drive settings for different terrain and that suits my needs. Another reviewer said the Ridgeline meets the needs of 80% of people driving trucks and he nailed it with that statement. it’s absolutely true. A lot of people are driving big trucks and Jeeps and they never actually use them for the purpose they are intended for. You have those folks that don’t actually need 4 wheel drive. If you’re like me, you want a truck that gives you the utility you need, want to grab some landcape supplies, sheet goods, farm or garden stuff, and rides awesome on both paved and gravel or dirt roads, this is the truck for you. Don’t you love these guys with Jeep fantasies that make stupid videos criticizing Honda trying to create skepticism like…. “Can it do any serious off roading?” You can’t criticize it for something it’s not designed for. If you want a rock crawler you get a Jeep or something similar (locking differential, higher ground clearance, a lift, bigger rubber etc,).

Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.
