Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

Bought this 2016 GMC Canyon (4cyl) at car max in 2017 . It was part of a commercial fleet and was well taken care of and low mileage . I’ve only have had one problem and that was in the engine cooling system where I had to replace two hoses and a goose neck . While repairing that I noticed an oil leak around the valve cover so I replaced the gasket . It was under warranty still ( just happened in Jan 2024 ) . I could have repaired it myself but who wants to get all dirty when it can be repaired by GMC at little or no cost to me. It still has 6 months remaining on warranty ( I did purchase from CarMax) hoping it does not need any further repairs . It is 8 years old and according to its records this is the first repair other than natural repair items that had ever been needed . It rides well pulls my utility trailer fully loaded just fine . I also have a 2000 Ranger that I had to replace the tranny on when it was just a few years old . It has never needed any other work. I believe the GMC will last me for years to come . But you never know so I will be buying another after market warranty on it when the time comes . I’ve already added that to a 2015 vehicle I own who’s warranty had expired . I’m a old school mechanic I can repair olde vehicles easily ( compared to todays ) I’m also a former Turbo Prop Mechanic from the Air Force and worked those motors for almost 29 years . I had worked on Piston Air Craft Motors for a few years before the change . A lot like a car piston motor in many ways . Two kinds of piston motors on Air Craft . Line a cars block or a receptacating motor( Round) . Very easy to trouble shoot vs Turbo Prop. Just letting you know that I have experience as a mechanic and know a real problem vehicle when I see one . Would buy a GMC canyon again or maybe go larger due to my new 42 foot long Camper I have rec bought .

Great quad cab truck rides smooth extra quiet cab powerful diesel engine Duramax something Toyota does not offer. the truck is spacious designed well and seems well built.

We went in there with no hope of getting a new vehicle but they made it happened even with everthing against us very very happy and would definitely buy again from there

The truck handles great, on city streets and the highway. I'm short (5'-4") and I feel comfortable in this truck. Great pickup, low road noise.

2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?

Ive owned my 2019 Z71 Colorado for 4 years and 120,000 miles. Outside of basic wear and tear its been a great truck. I am hoping to get 300k out of it. I have heard that it gets transmission shutter. I do occasional get what feels like late shifts or delay in shifts but its never been persistent. Best change ive made is bigger tires. The stocks 255/r17/65 look too small and goofy for this truck.

I was originally searching for an SUV. Trading in my high mileage Toyota Camry with way too much road noise, I was looking for the same reliability and an engine with the same "get up and go". I was attracted to the low percentage financing on both Toyota and Honda trucks, I am retired and now I can leave my funds in my IRA and pay a low interest rate and continue to gain in my investments, and not pay the income tax on a one time withdrawal. I love the quiet ride of the Ridgeline. The Honda is easier for me to get into. It is more like getting into an SUV than the Toyota Tacoma. The V6 engine gives me the ability to get around slow moving vehicles safely on two lane roads. I love the ride of my Ridgeline which is more like an SUV because it is on a car chassis not a truck chassis, but I can haul larger items than an SUV. I was also attracted to the Ridgeline because it is already set up to pull my small trailer for my ATV. I love the swing out tailgate for reaching into the back. The roomy trunk in the bottom of the truck bed is amazing, and holds so many misc items and groceries. My Honda Ridgeline will be so much help when I need to take my daughters wheel chair on trips. I have not tested out the All Wheel Drive, but I am looking forward to it's assistance in the Sand Dunes. I have put almost 2000 miles since my purchase a month ago. I Love my Honda Ridgeline

My 17 Colorado has 50,900 miles on it and it needs a new Differential in installed. Just normal driving. I think it should have lasted should last much longer.

Bought the truck with 3000 miles on it. engine feels strong had no mechanical issues with almost 20,000 miles on it now knock on wood I drive it on 300 mile road trips regularly back and forth to college and with just a few infotainment issues such as Bluetooth not connecting the screen taking over 3 minutes to turn on which are frustrating but not devestating overall for the price this thing should be flawless and not have these basic issues but hasn't left me stranded. (PS don't buy OnStar Wi-Fi it is terrible never works interferes with your service)

Good MPG'S with the four cylinder, smooth 6 speed automatic transmission. Very good sound system with bluetooth. Very reliable, just oil changes and tire rotations. Would buy again!

I test drove a 2024 Colorado what a smooth riding truck. It is very comfortable nice ride next thing you know I am picking it up Friday. This will be my last vehicle

The Ranger is a great light duty pickup for urban use. The 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine is plenty strong and gets great MPG at highway speeds. Around town I get right at 20 MPG, but at highway speeds it is closer to 28 MPG. It also tows my 3,000 lb boat with ease and gets 1 5 - 18 MPG while doing so. I would have liked a 6' bed, but Ford right-sized this vehicle for those that don't need a full-sized pickup.

I was once about the second time I started again to restart the first time I came back to begin again from the third of four or five of them.

I really like the eco boost makes the truck get up and go and the ride is smooth and comfortable and has a lot of functionality inside and outside the vehicle and I really like the style of the inside and outside of the truck this truck drives great

My THIRD Jeep Gladiator. Listen, if you want a light duty truck, look at "light duty" trucks to compare... The Gladiator is the ONLY one that even at base model COMES 4x4, COMES with solid front/rear axles... Comparing the equal classes, it has the best in class towing and payload; bang for the buck, your money is better spent on the Gladiator. If you want amenities, you can of course get them fully tricked out with every feature you could want. All I will say is yes, it rides like a "truck", but my interest is truck first, everything else second. If you want luxurious ride and the feel of sweet comfort, buy one of the others, their truck abilities are SECOND, the Gladiator is a TRUCK first. I have hauled everything with mine; trailers pulling vehicles, lumber, hay... Light duty truck, Gladiator.

We recently bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had a problem with it when we got home. Took it back next morning.Spoke with John May the manager, he assured us he would resolve the problem gave us a loaner car. After a couple days called said the found the problem and it was corrected. So far haven’t had any more problems. Very hard to find service after the sale like that, he told us they were there for us and they were.John is a stand up guy.

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. The experience was smooth and transitional. I never had an experience like that getting a brand new car. The staff was very patient and accommodating. They made sure sure I was prepared in every way to drive off the lot with my new car. The dealership was very clean the floor manager( James) was very professional and was very personable making my experience unforgettable. Traded in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD for the Z71 and have only one regret. I should have bought the Chevy in the first place. It is a much better truck in just about every facet from comfort to technology to cabin quitetness to towing. Toyota Tacoma’s have better resale value and look better but For the money I’m more than happy with the Z71.
