We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

I couldn’t be happier with my Ford Edge SEL and the service provided by Rickie Gieger was above any service I had anywhere else. I enjoyed his entertaining personality and humor throughout the car search experience. Within a few hours, I was driving off the lot. You cant beat their extended warranty deals. If your within 100 miles of their business and break down, tow truck is free, repairs are free within the warranty, and if you need a rental, thats included as well.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

Be prepared to pay what is listed on the window if you are purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. But also know Fort's prices are very fair. I will be back! Always felt important as a customer. Two days ago I was driving from Nebraska to Virginia. My Ford Focus began making horrifically loud noises as I crossed Iowa and drove through Illinois. I stopped at Uftring Ford hoping that they would be able to diagnose and fix the problem. I was incredibly stressed out and worried that I would be stuck in Peoria for days without a working car. I needed get to Virginia before law school started and was panicked that I wouldn't be able to make it in time. I had never been to Peoria, knew nobody within an 8-hour drive of the area, had no appointment with Uftring, and was desperate to get my car working ASAP. I relayed my personal crisis to the employees at Uftring. They immediately began evaluating my car. Several mechanics (Bruce, and a few others whose names I have forgotten) started working on it immediately (again, I had no appointment!). Everyone was incredibly kind. They quickly discovered what was wrong and got my car into working condition within an hour. I cannot tell you how relieved I was. I got back into my car, ready to get back on my way to Virginia, when I realized that I had not received a bill for their work. I went back inside and asked for the charges. The mechanics at Uftring said there was no bill! I was floored at the generosity of the Uftring employees. They heard my issue, started working on it immediately, resolved it quickly, and then charged nothing for quite literally saving me. As a broke law student, this meant everything. As a human, this was one of those experiences that gives you a more positive outlook on the world -- one of those "strangers helping strangers" stories. I have nothing but gratitude for everyone at Uftring, and if you find yourself with car troubles in Peoria, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
