This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

We bought our new Santa Fe from AutoMax in Ocala. TJ was our salesperson. He got us the price that we wanted to pay. We had an issue with one of our remotes, but TJ went above and beyond to make it right. We would definitely buy another car from AutoMax. Thanks TJ for making this an easy buying experience!

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. There were several outstanding "to be done" tasks after our purchase. As promised, all were addressed within days after we drove our HR-V off the lot. Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I have dealt with many dealerships when I use to have my business in Kentucky a couple years ago but I never have seen a dealership as good as this one.Roger pereira was my advisor in service you can't ask for better unreal and the gentleman that come picked me up from my house in harbor hills very very nice to talk to.The people in this area don't know how lucky they are to have this place.Very knowledgeable people hands down.I never give reviews but I had to after this experience. An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

We purchased a 2015 vehicle this last month and were absolutely thrilled by the price and quality. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Stan. We worked with him, Chris, and Lynette. We did financing this time through our credit union, but financed through Stan's financiers last time. We came back to Stan because he gave us such a fair price last time, and the vehicle ran like a champ for 8 years, going across country many times with our family before we traded it in up in Washington (it was still going strong at that point, and it was a 1999). Now back in Florida, this time, we opted for more of a sporty vehicle. When we told our bank the purchase price, we found out that we actually got it for thousands below value. We already knew it was a good deal, but when a bank agent says, "Wow, that's a great deal! I don't think you'll need GAP insurance." it just made us even happier. So once again, we are so pleased with the professionalism, integrity, and hospitality from Stan's Premium Auto Sales. I know we will go to him first if we buy again. Thanks to all of you!

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.
