He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Had a long term rattling problem with my Murano. It had gotten to the point where Nissan itself was involved. They sent a representative out and he couldn’t figure it out. I then sent it to these guys, to see if they could figure it out. They took it apart, and the supervisor Jim, remembered a different car having the same exact problem 5 years prior. Bottom line, they fixed it. Even after one of Nissan’s reps could not. They walked me though everything to make sure it had been fixed to my satisfaction. They know what they are doing.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.
