I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

This is my first Nissan - a Nissan Rogue Rock Creek SUV. For decades, I have been a GMC Terrain fan (I've had 4 of them) but, I wanted to consider models from a different manufacturers. I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. Recently purchased a used SUV from Gilboy after some apprehension due to previous experiences of my own and other family members a few years ago. A couple of small repairs needed to be done (what do you expect, it was an 06'). T.J. at Gilboy took care of the minor issues quickly and included the repairs under their warranty. Mike scheduled my repairs as soon as the necessary parts arrived. Financing was easy as I was offered the terms I wanted with no "finance manager" pressures to buy any additional products. The Gilboy team of years gone by has obviously been replaced with caring, honest people that I will go back to if I or someone I know need a vehicle or repairs. Thanks Gilboy.

Regarding Stephan and Lauren's purchase of the Audi 2021 on 3/20 2024. Working with Judas and Bill Smith. They really guided us through and h they were on top of everything that we needed to sign and they were courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Ryan was the gentleman that took an hour with us in the car, explaining all the nuts and bolts of how the Audi performs. He was wonderful. He was comical, but he was exact. I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

I’ve been driving over 50 years and I have to say, this was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had a rough day with my old car, I had to face the fact that repairs would be way too high and I would just have to buy another car. After going to several other dealerships in the area, I went home and cried. My daughter came home and said we are going tonight to find a car. We went to John Kennedy Ford of Feasterville first. From the minute we entered the dealership, we were impressed. No pressure, no gimmicks , just a positive and wonderful experience. My salesman, Rob was so helpful and so understanding. He along with his manager worked hard and did everything they could to get me in a great car that I love, at a right price, with the right terms and I even had a choice of colors available to me that night. Everyone I met was incredibly nice and helpful from Rob to both managers to the finance man. I came home with a beautiful 2021 Silver Escape with low milage , all the extras , a great warranty and a very positive experience. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.
