I actually fell asleep in the chair because I work nights and I came there first thing in the morning. The nice service man woke me up to let me know my car was done. We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

We have purchased several cars and trucks from here and will continue to do so. By far the best customer service and we will for sure be returning in the future.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

They are super nice. They will try their best to help you, make you comfortable.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. Went there close to a month earlier. Found a car that we loved and it wasn't on the lot it was in the shop. The mechanic was very thorough explaining all the problems that he was looking to fix. It had high miles and some electrical problems but was spotless inside and out. When I showed interest they said they would let me know when it was all fixed up so we can take it for a ride. They contacted us later in a couple weeks and said it was ready. At this point we didn't have the money to even think about buying it. So they saved it because they knew we loved it. Long story short we came back took it for a ride and loved it. Just to make things better we said there were a few things that cuased concern and they brought it to another shop fixed it on the spot and worked with us to get it financed. We have been driving it know for a month and absolutely couldnt be happier. Thank you to the whole crew at wheels for helping us out and letting chose the vehicle we wanted when no one else could. Great guys great cars and honest about the condition of them. Advise to others buying because I see some bad reviews. Ask questions and they will answer they can't know everything about a vehicle that they haven't been under the hood on but they will look and tell the truth. Thanks wheels!

I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Jeep Wrangler in for regular service and tire rotation. Technician explained what was done and that extra work was recommended to change engine filter and replace inoperative 3rd brake light. I opted to have the filter replaced, chosing to fix the brake light on my own. Filter was changed, I checked out and was on my way. Good experience.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!
