Great service...seamless! Salesperson (Linda Pesantez) was very professional, attentive and forthcoming/transparent while tending to our needs. It helped too that my fiancé and I knew exactly what we wanted as far as choice of vehicle. We should note here that there seems to be a "homey" feel to the ambiance. We didn't feel pressured in the least and the entire purchase process lasted approximately 2 hours or a tad over. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

They are a great dealership. The service department is very helpful and I find the wait for an oil change/tire rotation to never be too long.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

A little more than we needed, but it has everything we need and then some. It should be comfortable when taking long trips. Like the SiriusXM radio.

just now NEW I totally recommend Yonkers auto mall!! Virginia and Anthony work hard together to get you in your car the same day. Even if you have bad credit they will try their 100% to get you in a car the same day!! Which is what I had and all other dealerships told me most likely I would not get approved they didn’t even try. Yonkers auto mall allowed me to test drive as many cars as I wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice. I went to several dealerships before finding Yonkers auto mall that asked for my deposit up front and never gave me the car to test drive. They also gave me the best offer for my trade in. They have more cars that come in daily that might not be on their site yet. I highly recommend stopping by their dealership to speak to Virginia regarding their offers. They honestly make you feel so comfortable with their quick process!! I will be back in a couple of years for a trade in maybe get the Lexus next time 😊. Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.
