Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

This is my second positive review of a new Jeep purchase from Manahawkin Jeep in Manahawkin, New Jersey. Several weeks ago I posted a positive review for my purchase of a new Jeep Wrangler Sport and this past week I purchase a new Jeep Gladiator. Once again, I visited over a dozen Jeep dealership websites in New Jersey, and every Jeep dealership in the Jersey shore area. Only one Jeep dealership stood out above the rest, and like my first Jeep purchase before, it was Manahawkin Jeep. Their trade in allowance was more than I expected, the rebates were significant, and the transparent pricing in the end was better than I expected! In the end, I am convinced that I made the best Jeep purchases possible with Manahawkin Jeep than any other Jeep dealership in New Jersey. Finance manager Chris Pereira and salesman Mike Dunn, exceeded my expectations throughout the entire purchase process for both of my jeep vehicles. Their communication was exceptional! Each Jeep purchase was negotiated from the comfort of my own home and everything else was conducted via texting. Dealing with both Chris and Mike made this the easiest new vehicle experience that I have ever had. In addition, I also want to highlight their commitment to customer service. Not only was the purchase process easy, but Mike also delivered both new Jeep vehicles to my home, 30 minutes away. I consider this to be a great example of the lengths that Manahawkin Jeep will go to meet or exceed customer expectations. Something that I also found extraordinary, was that both Chris and Mike followed up with me after both of my Jeep purchases and this is the first time that any dealerships has ever reached out to me after my new vehicle purchase. I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.
