I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

Starting with the original phone call Thomas Fox. Joe Mooney and Ed Kish were great, Had the vehicle we were interested in sanitized and ready for us to drive. Very professional and personable. The only issue we had is that the vehicle could have been detailed better.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I needed almost $4,000 of work done on the timing for my 2019 F-150, that was just out of warranty. A closer dealership was rude and uncaring and a friend told me to try Bidleman of Auburn. I made the drive and I’m glad I did. The parts took a long time to arrive, but Bidleman was always friendly on the phone (and the supply issue wasn’t their fault, anyway). Once the parts arrived, they performed the service and they also worked with Ford Motor Corp. to get the majority of the work covered. My bill was a fraction of what the original estimate was! Now the truck runs great. They have a new customer, I will return to Bidleman Ford. I really feel like they were experienced, friendly and everything you look for in an auto dealership.
