We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I've not been to the lot yet so can't rate anything but customer service. And their customer service is A . By far, the nicest and most honest dealership I've ever spoken to.

On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

Had Tires and Battery replaced. Good Prices and Good work. Service Manager found several discounts that was applied to my needs. Work was done on time and vehicle was in a clean state when finished

The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

No pressure experience. They were able to help me determine which vehicle was best and located the perfect model and color quickly.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

I had the best experience ever. I ended up going to Cupples because my little 2007 Toyota Yaris with over 200,000 miles started showing it’s age. I loved the car and wanted to replace it with one with lower miles. I located one at Cupples and as others have stated, I trusted Ross right away after talking on the phone which made it worth the drive which was over an hour. My issue is that I don’t have a good credit rating because I usually use cash only. The last car I had financed was back in 93, but this time for various reasons I only had about half of the money. Ross was helpful from the start, more like a Social Worker than a used car salesman. At one point he thought that I might have to go with a newer car, 2012 or later. I went on the website and found an 2012 Audi that I fell in love with for 8,000 $’s, 2,000 more than the Yaris. I texted Ross about it and he said “No, you don’t want that car, it’s not reliable.” What used car salesman does that? Eventually he found a way to get me into the Yaris I was looking at, with only 94,000 miles. I absolutely love it, just like my old one but runs like It’s brand new. Better than my old one because I bought it with high miles to start with. This is the first review I have ever written, but after my great experience I felt it was the least I could do. Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

All went extremly well. No issues. Tanner is the best! I am a repeat customer. Why do I need twenty five words ?This is a bother.
