We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

It took a while to get a deal on my car done, but Matthew was good at getting a higher amount approved. I also drove a 2022 BMW X5 (blue) that I am very interested. Worked with James and we was easy to work with. I will be getting back on the BMW as soon as I can get some funds together.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Great independent dealership. I recently bought a new Yukon from them and I live over the hill in Reno. They had the best pricing within 250 miles. The sales staff was efficient, had my paperwork ready when I arrived. The owner was on site and stopped by to thank me for my business. I will definitely use them again for a GMC purchase.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

It was time to get my car serviced for an oil change, and I also needed my tires rotated. In addition to that I also needed my air filter replaced & had to have them look at my back up camera, an issue that needed addressed. Victor had me all taken care of within 2 hours! I was very appreciative of that, since I had another appointment to go to. I have been doing all my car business at Green Chevrolet for 20 years now. I can't imagine going anywhere else!!

Giving Zack, my service rep, five stars for the very professional way he kept me informed at each stage and went the extra mile with the warranty company to get approval so the repair could be made in a timely fashion for me. I appreciate his professional and friendly manner. Many others in the service area and show room area could take a lesson from Zack. Smile and let people know you are there to serve. Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

He was friendly compassionate and understanding when it came to the model of vehicle I wanted. We were allowed to take the vehicle for a test drive which allowed me to make my decision on purchasing the vehicle. He assisted with the trade in value of my car. The finance manager (Chris Jansen) methodically went over every detail of the paperwork (maintenance plan, Gap Insurance and title application) to ensure we understood all the information and acknowledged our and Fords responsibilities. Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I needed to replace my car quickly and went to Desoto Ford. Fortunately I was met by Juan Ryan. Thru the entire process he was professional but personable. I was very stressed over purchasing a vehicle however he just walked me thru the process, kept his sense of humor despite my stress and made the experience enjoyable. He is an asset to Desoto Ford. They are lucky to have him. Not only do I love my new Bronco but I left there feeling secure in my decision. Just a great group of people.
