Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I had inquired about a car and within 24 hours had responded that the car had been sold and then asked if there was any other vehicle that I was interested in. They were very prompted and courtesy.

Saw a car online, went in car was not ready for sale. After a week or so got a call that car was ready, but the price went up. Was told it due to market. After negotiations, got the car down to a comfortable price for both of us. Went home with the car I came in for. Extremely happy with the buying process. For it's size, it's incredible for hauling items you may have thought were too big for most vehicles. Also comfortable on long trips with great gas mileage. as well.

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Kocourek Ford operates like a very well-oiled machine! The dealership facility was very clean and organized. He responded to our internet request for a test drive immediately, and followed up with us to set up a convenient time to meet for the test drive. One of the best handling vans for long distance and daily use I have worked on, converted and owned many vans. I find the reliability of the chevy van and smooth ride has worked very well for me in anything I put it up to.

it has 3 charge ares and a lot of seats for my family i have a wife and 12 children so we fit in the van perfect

Our food pantry uses vans to pick up and deliver food every day. We need a vehicle that has space, rides well, and has safety features included. This van has it all. We'll be sure to come back each time we need to replace another of our fleet.

The van gets great fuel economy. Very easy to drive and comfortable on long distance trips. Lots if safety features that add value. Entertainment system and internet access options make it very convenient.

We saw a truck on Carfax we were interested in on a Sunday. We used their online customer service to let them know we were interested. We rec'd an email promptly Monday morning from Kelly Coleman. We made an offer over the phone based on what we could see of the vehicle pictures and reports. They countered with a fair offer and we made the 2 hour drive yesterday morning. She introduced us to the salesman Bob Amacher. He is exactly the kind of salesperson we like. No pressure, let us drive it as long as we liked, allowed us to inspect and talk about it by ourselves. Once we agreed we wanted to move forward, he got our paper work going, passed it off to the financial dept., then asked if we wanted any lunch? We declined at that point and waiting for our turn with the finance director, Nick Zdroik. Nick was fabulous to deal with, explained everything clearly, answered all our questions and got things going through our bank. He then offered us pizza that had been delivered, so we finally accepted the lunch offer as he finished our paperwork. The pizza was delicious and was a great way to end the experience, besides driving out with our Tundra. We would definitely come back and recommend them to all our friends!
