Passed by two other VW dealerships to purchase a Jetta. Multiple reasons why: They have the inventory. Built a great reputation. Offer aggressive pricing and an absolutely no BSS buying process. No hidden fees or dealer crap. But what really sets them apart is the people. Sales Consultant Kelly Crawford was the BEST! I have purchased or leased nearly 50 new cars in my life, and she is one the best I've encountered. Excellent follow-through. Good product knowledge. Not pushy. Plus, just nice to deal with. Treated my first time buyer daughter with respect and care. Greatly appreciated Kelly! General Sales Manager Jess Cupini worked our deal and was just great to work with. Sales Manager Seth Drobney was wealth of knowledge on the VW brand and came in clutch with valued information on the car. Nice guy and a true professional. Knows the VW brand like no other. Cochran Volkswagen North Hills review
I have a 10-year-old, high mileage VW TDI that has had the emission repairs performed and has the VW extended warranty. In the past few years it has had some OBDII check engine codes that involved replacement of major (and expensive) components. Each time VW and Cochran service advisors (Joe Mazzocchetti among them) have arranged to have the entire repair covered with never an issue. Everyone has probably heard instances of manufacturers and dealers trying to avoid responsibility under warranties. That is certainly not the case here. VW has gotten a lot of bad press for the emission scandal, but they have stepped up to make good on emissions related warranty repairs without hesitation. Good recovery and exemplary customer service!
