I had bought a new car and it needed the first service. I called Olsteen volkswagen to make an appointment. I talked to the service manager, not sure if they could get it done within the week. They had me bring it in the very next morning. When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted professionally and with kindness. I walked in and spoke with Anthony the service manager. I recently purchased a 2008 Toyota Highlander From Car Time. I did it on line from the Shenandoah Valley and never went to see the car. I did my home work, talked to all the right people and scored big. Mike was very honest, provided me with all the necessary documentation and even connected me with the mechanic that maintained the vehicle. I had a transport bring it to me and when it showed up, it looked better than described and better than the pictures on the website. It was a turn key job. All I did was send the money and they did everything else. This was as hassle free as it gets! The car is everything as promised plus more. The price was competitive and considering the condition probably a bit low. I would absolutely buy from them again. Why pay those big dealer high costs and ridiculous processing fees when you have people like Mike & Melody selling good cars at fair prices?

My second VW Beetle. First one was a 2006 New Beetle, current one is a 2012 Beetle Turbo. Both are super fun to drive but I like the 2013 Turbo best. The shape resembles more closely the 1st generation Beetle and the interior is more retro than the 2nd gen. The Turbo model is sporty and the back seats go down without taking the seat/head rests apart. You can’t go wrong with the Beetle but this 3rd gen Beetle Turbo is the bomb!
