I bought a CC for the unique styling and classy look. Being one of the last VW models to still be made in Germany, the difference is very noticeable. People compare this to a Passat but there is really no comparison. Fit and finish and quality is almost to Audi quality. Highly recommend!

The CC does all the basics really well and with a dash of sportiness and style. I've had my 2015 CC-R 2.0 6MT for five years and it's been as reliable as a wood stove. Exterior styling won't age. Interior is Germanic with form following function -- nothing fancy. Engine is torquey and responsive. Ride is smooth and compliant. It soaks up bumps without feeling cushy or isolating the driver from the road. Handling is sharp and precise. Highway mileage is in the high 30s. It doesn't proclaim status, but if you're into artful subtlety it's a satisfying drive and ownership experience.

I have bought a lot of cars over the years, from dealerships all over the country and this car deal was absolutely the cleanest, smoothest, quickest transaction I have ever been through. The car was exactly how they represented it to be and the price was lower than I could find anywhere in the country. The salesman, Phil Porras was an absolute professional and literally had the paperwork completed and me on my way in less than 30 minutes. The 2013 or 13' Volkswagen CC is truly rare. This has always been on my bucket list as a dream vehicle to own. I will describe why I rated it the way I did with each section group. I chose 5 stars for comfort because this car comes standard with a high quality leatherette material; the seats are so thick, comfy, and plush; the car takes corners so smoothly and effortlessly. I have a base model (sport) and I have so many standard features; front driver and passenger full power seats, heated seats, leather seats (leatherette), navigation, one touch power windows, and push-start. I rate performance with a 5 because while this is not a race car, the CC drops 200 HP to the ground very efficiently and effectively with extremely touchy and sensitive pedals. Value is okay when trying to sell; however, substantial when trying to buy, due these going for well under $10,000. The exterior achieves 5 stars because this vehicle is extremely attractive. With smooth lines, roundness, and chrome, the car looks brand new, at 11 years old. To be completely transparent, I have ONLY used premium fuel and this car has never left me stranded (knock on wood). I had a very minor oil leak from a small seal coming from my oil pan, connecting to my turbo, that is IT. The part was/is under $100. Other than the oil leak, no lights, or issues aside from regular care and maintenance. The people who rate the CC with a 1 star reliability rating, don't understand how to care for these European/luxury vehicles.

I've been taking my car to Central Cadillac for 20 years and they consistently provide excellent service. Each time I have service they explain clearly what repairs are needed, why, and provide a cost estimate for each repair and my expected total cost -- then they follow up promptly should something change. They recently changed my oil, installed a new battery, replaced my tires, balanced them, alignment, and timed / combined this with replacing my in-tire sensors to save me money -- then detailed the car. I used to check prices at other repair places, but Central Cadillac's service prices are in-line with others, their quality has been consistently excellent, and they provide one-stop service for all my needs. I highly recommend Central Cadillac service!

This car has all the Premium Package stuff that new latest cars have. Solid exterior body with a reliable drive. I loved the frameless doors with LED headlights and elegant tail lights.

They responded quickly and sent extra pictures and information immediately when requested. They were helpful and did not pester me needlessly like a lot of dealerships.

Purchase the 2010 Volkswagen CC in 2010. As of 2022 I'm still driving my beautiful car. I always had maintenance done as the manual suggests. There was often an issue with replacing the brake light bulbs.

Enjoyed working with Alexander. He was helpful and didn’t push us to make a quick decision. He was upfront on history of car and what services they had performed. I got a beautiful car and have been enjoying it with no problems.

I really like the way my CC handles the curves up in the mountains. The turbo four has all the power I need and the gas mileage in town is surprisingly good. The looks are what sold me in the first place. I catch myself looking over my shoulder to get a glance as I walk away.

Let's face it the CC is likely the best looking midsize sedan on the market. It's got the famous 2.0T to back it up. Sure it gives up a bit of headroom but it is loaded...stock. Everything from power and heated front seats to adaptive lighting. The suspension could have been better tuned as it's a bit harsh and floaty at the same time but in everyday driving it's very competent. This thing is a looker!

I love the design of my CC, very roomy inside & it has all the luxuries I need! I'm short & I love the fact that I can raise my seat & adjust it to my size! I have owned mostly Toyota's for the last 20 years & I have to say that this car is my favorite!

Smooth ride on the freeway, comfortable plush seats. I love having a Moonroof though wish it slid all the way open. The car feels like it has a lot of power.

All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you.
