Excellent service. I go to this location for servicing my VW vehicles and yesterday purchased a nearly new Taos. The Sales man (Jeff) worked to find out what would be most suitable for my requirements (long commutes and night driving) and what would fit into my limited budget. The whole team (service, sales and finance) worked seamlessly together to get an optimal solution to my predicament. Jeff and the Finance/Lone gentleman stayed well past closing time to get the paperwork completed and get me on the road with a nearly new vehicle. I would strongly recommend the Merle Hay Lithia to anyone wishing to have a stress free purchase without any heavy sales pitch performance. I might also add that the service group is also very helpful and polite.

Grand Junction Volkswagen did a great job finding and installing my new tires for my iD.4. We had found a similar price from Walmart but the dealer got us a similar price and did an alignment too. They also have fixed recalls on my car (the door handles). The entire staff is great, they have a driver to take me home and back, there's a guest work desk if I decide to stay and wait, my dog was welcome. They have cool hats , tshirts, sweatshirts. And the sales staff helped me with some operational questions, even though I didn't buy it there. I really love these guys!

Awesome experience. My husband and I looked at practically every mid size SUV Known to man. Of all the dealerships we visited and all the sales personell we met (including two other far substandard VW dealerships), McDonalds VW ranked #1! The most respectful and helpful sales personell! Tanner and Atticus were both polished, kind, patient, and highly intelligent in their sales positions.
