2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
Despite the scary looking recalls my 2023 AWD Pro-s model has been 99.9% reliable. In comparison to my previous 2021 ID.4 pro-s which had several annoying system failures that necessitated immediate trips to the dealership. However the 2021 pro-s has the folding mirror option which I had expected to get in the 2023 pro-s but was very dissatisfied to learn it had been remover and put in the ‘+’ package. The mirror option should be offered as a standalone upgrade to all non ‘+’ 2023 and 2024 models as no $50k plus car should be without it.

I came for a Ram 1500 because their website makes it easy to browse. Filters, mileage sorting, proper photos. When I arrived, I asked for a spec sheet because I don’t remember trims by ear. Ray was completely relaxed about it. I inspected everything, seat stitching, steering wheel buttons, tire wear, even the spare underneath. No one rushed me.

George went and asked if there were any deals he could give me before I even went in to settle the deal. He was very helpful and answered any questions I had about the car. They even helped me set up my car insurance! And they filled the gas tank for me before I left with the car after I bought it. This was my best experience at a car dealership.
2022 Volkswagen ID.4 review
This car has delivered beyond our expectations. Recently took it on a 180 mile trip into the Rocky Mountains. We arrived with over 150 miles in reserve. It’s quiet and smooth. Highly recommend!

Our salesman, Tom McCracken, was phenomenal! He was friendly and personable but not pushy. We took some time to go home and contemplate our purchase even checking with some other dealerships. Ultimately we called Tom back to order our new RAV4. Our son said, “Are we buying it from the guy who caught that huge bass?” Yes, that’s right, he even took time to make a connection with our 9 year old son, a love of fishing, LOL! Would definitely purchase from Tom again!
