2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I have many good things to say about the ID.4. I've only owned it for about 500 miles so far, and I'm happy with the performance, comfort, features, and feel of the car. I cannot attest to its reliability given that I haven't owned it for long enough.

2021 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I had multiple problems with infotainment screen which were finally resolved with replacement at 3.5 years. Car is solid, a joy to drive ....a true tight German machine. so many nice features, handling, turning radius, quiet comfort, visabiltiy and still solid after 4 years. the software may have some needs but the car is great. I am out of warranty and kept the car. It has been dependable after replacement of the screen. The price for a new one is now too high so I purchased an extended VW warranty.

Anastasia WAS AMAZING!!! She was so sweet and kind. My husband and I were there about 7 hours in total working with her and Steve (I believe that’s his name). We didn’t get what we wanted BUT in about 12 months we’ll be back to get it! Hopefully they can work with us again and continue to provide the best possible customer service they delivered to us!

Brought my Tiguan in after hitting a hidden pothole that seriously damaged one tire. My Service Advisor Matt Deering took charge and had me going with a new tire in less than an hour.
