Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.

I was traveling through to Ohio when a battery died at a gas station 45minutes away. Luckily I found they would be open to replace my defective battery I had installed at my Honda dealership in Iowa. Very quick service, great service tech! Excellent service taken person! I know they have a title but I can't think of it. She was so helpful! The facilities were from the last 50's maybe and not what I expect from Honda service waiting areas. I will say they have built a brand new service area it looked like so I'm sure very soon the facilities will be as I would expect. None the less it was dry and had a bathroom.

Great vehicle that gets above rated MPG. Fun to drive. Loaded with features. Loads of power. Easy to maintain. Also gret for a small family.

Only went on to see and test drive a used vehicle. They were very nice about it. Took it out for test drive. Everyone there was polite and friendly and professional. Answered all questions I had. Very pleasant interaction.

We used this car for commuting & shopping. Never had a major repair. Just normal maintenance. I would recommend a Volkswagon Jetta all the time.

I was looking for a car in September. I drove an Atlas as a used car dealership. So we decided to just check them out. Ethan McDonald who took us on was fantastic. I decided to wait to buy til later on. December came around and it was time to buy. I started shopping for the best deal in the area and became extremely frustrated with dealers and dealerships. I decided specifically to go to Principle Grapevine and work with Ethan again. I fell in love and bought a car that I didn't even consider until I saw it! It was an easy and great experience and I'm so happy with my new car!

I BOUGHT THIS CAR A YEAR AGO ITS A 2013 JETTA TDI WHEN I GOT IT IT HAD 34K AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED ITS A GREAT CAR THE STEERING IS SUPER TIGHT AND RESPONSIVE. THE POWER IN THIS LITTLE 4 BANGER DIESEL IS VERY GOOD. I FEEL THIS CAR GETS A BAD RAP. IM GETTIN 39 MILES AROUND TOWN. THE RIDE IS SMOOTH AS SILK THE ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS THE COST OF THE DSG FLUID AND FILTER CHANGE $499? THATS NUTS. BUT OTHER THAN THAT I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. FOR 7K ITS A GREAT CAR.

Following the test drive I immediately decided to purchase the car that evening. Michael Arevalo quickly drew up the application, as well as managed my trade-in. I used Safford Brown's financing for the car. The financial representative, Ms. Golboo Javid, found a better interest rate than what my bank provided. She made the finance process very easy and pleasant. Start to finish, I left the dealership with my new car in under three hours. This was our second time working with Derrick Buccacio and finding a vehicle we love. Derrick is always personable and professional. He doesn’t pressure you into things and is honest. One thing that stands out with me about him is he always gets back to you whether he thinks he’s making a sale or not. A lot of salesmen I notice only care to contact you back if they think they’re making money off you. Derrick always gets back to our questions and concerns regardless.
