I’ve had my share of crap with dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with a very patient knowledgeable salesman “John” at this location. He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.

New car 9/2017: odometer now at 65000 miles. No issues at all since new. Fuelly.com calculates 40.5 MPG in 30/70 highway/city driving. 5 speed manual transmission has excellent synchros - and with a very light clutch engagement plus short throw gear changes - this 2017 1.4 turbo is fun to drive.

I must give thanks to Sheila, the lady who answers the phone and many thanks to Andy Macedo for handling this lease return with Chase bank. You see, my husband died in January and the lease was in his name. Chase bank jerked me around for a week and a half, had me in tears, before telling me my only choice was to buy out the vehicle lease or return it to a Mazda dealer. Sheila and Andy listened to my dilemma. Andy said come on down and I will take care of this for you. And he did. I told him all the things Chase told me I had to do and he said “you don’t have to do a thing, I will take care of this for you.” And he did! I didn’t have to do a thing and he was so nice and kind, and professional. Andy, Thank you so much for handling this for me. 62,000 follow-up to my earllier 50,000 mile review. No issues at all (still on the factory original double platinums) Fuelly cacl's 40.6 MPG since new (In 70City/30Highway use) Well engineered power train (5M with good synchros, light clutch engagement - - - make for very easy to drive rating.

Autumn 2017 purchase - and with manufacturer + dealer discounting - this brand new car was only $14,000 or so. Great on fuel (41 MPG City 60/Hwy40) Easy to use 5M, light clutch, good disc brakes. At 50,000 miles I've had ZERO issues

This car has guts an a really fast transmission I’m talking just the 1.4 tsi I have the se version with heated seated heated mirrors an windows blind spot monitoring it’s more than comfortable an has plenty of both leg an head room ,it makes for a great family car or if your like me no kids but 4 dogs the dogs actually all fit back there comfortably for only 150 hp this car is snappy I got about 7.5 0 to 60 using premium gasoline but not nessasary I feel the car feels a lot better with 91 gas reguardless this car is a lot of fun especially on the twistys 8.5 out 10

My wife and I did our research knowing what would be a good price point for the vehicle that we wanted. Surprisingly, CarMax was offering the vehicle below what other dealers were advertising. We went to the Maple Shade dealership test drove a few cars with Erin. She was awesome and answered all of our questions. No hard sell at all and loved the thought that there were no doc or other hidden fees. Sticker price plus tax and NJMV fees. That's it. We noticed that a vehicle in Maine had low miles and was in the color we wanted. Paid the low transfer fee and it arrived in less than two weeks. We met with Mathew, who was covering for Erin, shown the car, took a test drive and "kicked the tires". I told him that we wanted to buy it and Carmax came in at a lower rate than our Credit Union. It took less than 2 hours from entering the dealership to driving off with the car. And did I say no doc or hidden fees.
