Gerardo helped us shop remotely through calls and video, keeping us updated on inventory and making sure we were confident in what we chose. Once the car was on its way, he kept us in the loop with updates, even sending photos and videos the moment it arrived so we could be sure it was the perfect match. He also worked to negotiate everything over the phone ahead of time, so when we arrived, the process was smooth and stress-free, all we had to do was sign and enjoy the experience of our new car. Afterwards, he took the time to walk us through the vehicle, setting up not one but two driver profiles, went over how-to’s and all features for each of us, and even connect our phones. All the while including our six year old in the process so she could enjoy it too. There was no pressure, just excitement and genuine care to make sure we were comfortable with everything. The service manager was outstanding. He was involved in every aspect of my car repair. My issue was very difficult to diagnose. I observed him interacting positively with employees. I saw him doing manual labor, which you usually do not see. I was greeted positively from the moment I arrived. This is in contrast to the negative experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines down the street from me. I know a positive business from the moment I walk in. I observe all employees including the amount of time spent with customers or just in the customer area. Happy employees are going to give customers a better experience.

Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.
