After trying to get service from my local Dodge dealership for what turned out to be a simple fix, I reached out to the Rainbow dealership in McComb, Mississippi. Never in my wildest dreams would I expect to get service from an out of town dealership the same day. I made a phone call at 8 AM to the rainbow dealership seeking service, Miss Stacy, the service writer ask if I could bring my truck in at 11 AM. My answer was absolutely. Two hours later I was back in my truck and headed to my farm. What a wonderful dealership. I will now have all of my service done at rainbow Dodge Chrysler in McComb, Mississippi. Great team!!!!!

2023 Volkswagen Jetta review

I was traveling through the area and had issues with the car overheating (auxiliary fan was not coming on [faulty relay]). The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. I could not be pleased with the empathy which was shown knowing we were stranded and needing to get back on the road. Staci, Mike and David went over and beyond to see that we were fixed and ready for our 12+ hour trip. I am/was so pleased with the work that was performed on the vehicle. 2022 Volkswagen Jetta review
I got the SE model which I now regret. No SiriusXM radio, no navigation and no trip mirage and the only thing it counts is Miles, no quarter, half etc. Cannot give a person accurate directions. I don’t like the moon roof cover. It’s just glass and a shade no metal line outside of car so in NC in the summer I could cook an egg in it I believe. No excuse not to out SiriusXM in it. I had 2012 Jetta SEL that I absolutely loved it had all this one doesn’t but someone ran into me and totaled it in 2020 or I’d still have it. This one falls short of it.
