It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

After scheduling multiple medical appointments for over two days I realized I might be able to leave my truck in a Toyota dealership for need replacement and repair parts. After googling , I found GenMesser Toyota & made an appointment. Customer service was very courteous and professional. Arrived at Gene Messer And was met by a service rep Bryan Womack. He quickly went over my repair concerns. We agreed on leaving my truck for evaluation . Mr.Womack called an Uber for me and soon sent an estimate for my 2021 Tundra repairs. Two days later the parts arrived at dealership and repairs were made before 3:00 that day. I was excited to get my truck back with a new mirror installed and a passenger seat panel replaced!
