Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

I bought a beautiful 2017 chevy Trax for this dealership. This was my first time purchasing a car of my own so I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect at first. When I got there the facility was gorgeous. And the staff was super kind and helpful. Henry (my sales rep) as cool and patient he made the process easy and simple. I was in and out in less that 2 hours. I got everything I wanted and more all withing my budget. I enjoyed my experience and I'm loving Tessa (that what I've named the car). Very comfortable drive, leg room for 4 big adults, lots of tech features to assist driving. Also fuel economy close to 40 mpg, and visibility is very helpful when highway is packed

This is the third Ford dealership I have had experience with and was by far the best. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful, they didn't hide any of the fees and were straight forward with the price the quoted(actually wound up being a little cheaper than their initial quote!) And helped me out with getting an explorer foe my family. This was also while I was juggling 3 kids under 5 with a stroller. All in all great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

This is my 3rd passat I'm sad they are no longer making them so I bought my car this time when my leg was up.

I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.

He understood and worked his magic to get us to stay within our budget and get a great vehicle. I would come back here to see him when we decide to purchase again. I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

I had a wonderful experience with this car dealership, and with mr.Dough Gerhardt in particular. I contacted them by e-mail to enquiry about a ford Mustang convertible, and I received prompt reply. They didn’t have the exact model I was looking for, but mr. Dough worked promptly with me in finding the vehocle and offering me the best price on the market. He answered all of my numerous questions (as a first car buyer you can only imagine that I had quite a few LOL) and very curteously offered me the assistance I needed, without being pushy. I ended up buying another vehicle at a dealership closer to me, especially because they were offering a special on an unlimited warranty, but I just wanted to let everybody know that I wouldn’t hesistate one second to get back with him if I needed another car today. And even when I let him know that I wasn’t buying a vehicle with them, he still very curteously replied wishing me the best of luck. Thank you, thank you, thank you! So yes, I am very pleased of the service

So my Habenero orange R Line is named Princess... she is quick when she needs to be, and eco mode is there for when she doesn't. Gas mileage is fantastic either way. She is so responsive, the handling on her is top notch. I've put a LOT of miles on her, I think upwards of 50k without a single mechanical failure. A few accidents, the front collision sensor is a pain to replace but I like in a bumper car city, unfortunately.

Stopped in with an invite for a trade-in of my ATS. Paul Dowman was very pleasant and informative. We couldn't come to an agreement on the trade-in value of my ATS as it had been in an accident involving the air bags. While in great condition in my opinion, the air bag incident was a deal breaker. Everyone tried, but I decided to keep the car, as it's running fine. Will head back to Dimmitt when ready for my next Caddy.

I love my new (to me) VW Jetta. It come equipped with so many features. It has some things I'd never even heard of. It will correct steering if you drift out of the lane, it had heated and COOLED seats, adaptive cruise control, automatic headlights and highbeams are also auto, etc. There's more but I can't list it all.

This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My sales associate AJ, was truly an expert on not only the vehicle that he showed me, but on the company as a whole. He was able to demonstrate how to use all the fancy safety features and explain what they did, and answer any questions I had with confidence. He was so friendly with both my daughters, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. AJ was very open and honest about all the different dealership fees that would add on to the total purchase price, and explained what they all were. He was quick to respond to any messages, and did a great job of keeping my needs and wants for the vehicle in mind when showing me different options. They gave me a good offer on my trade in, even though it was less than I owed on the vehicle. He and his manager Paul were even willing to come up on the trade in offer, but my vehicle has a bad accident from the previous owner on the carfax. Paul explained his reasoning for the offer which came directly from KBB (another dealership tried to offer me $2000 less with no rhyme or reason). I know dealership fees can be frustrating, but I think the fees at Volkswagen Brandon are fair compared to other dealerships in the area. AJ did definitely do his job as a car salesman and try to upset me, offering me finance options for New vehicles, but was completely respectful when I told him we weren't interested in financing or a new vehicle. He didn't keep pushing, instead focusing on trying to get me in a vehicle that fit our budget and that I loved. I absolutely adore my new 2023 Tiguan, and I 100% recommend Volkswagen Brandon for your vehicle needs.

My experience was 100% perfect. Not only was the dealership excellent and so much better than the other 4-5 dealerships we went to prior, but our salesman, Andy, was the best we have ever had. He spent numerous hours with me explaining everything. He was courteous, professional and nothing that I asked was too much for him. He was happy to get all my questions answered and also answered every text and phone call instantly. This was a 100% positive experience but mostly because of our amazing salesman, Andy.

Bought a 2016 CPO with about 65k miles. (Never had to use the warranty). 1.8 L turbo engine has surprising low end torque and lots of highway passing HP. GREAT MPG! Lots of leg room for all passengers. A really great road trip car. Lost it in a crash @ 110k :(

The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.
