I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

I LOVE THIS CAR!!! so comfortable, roomy, perfect for this family of 4. Pleanty of room for my 17yr and 9 yr old to have their own space. Drives like dream the options are endless. I will definitely be getting another one when it’s time to buy again!!!

I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

Mark was on his game. We had an awesome experience with drive time Torrance. If I had a choice I would do it all over again with this team. They made the process smooth and explained everything in front of you. No hidden secrets here at this dealership. The manager Charles also contacted me to let me know I was pre-approved and to come in and look at cars. Hands down best place to do business.

I must be an exception. I have had no issues with my Tiguan at all after a year and a half of ownership. Bought in October, 2021. I do notice the hesitation on start up but it’s not an issue. I had an Audi allroad and was considering the Q5 but, you get pretty much all the same features with the Tiguan that the price difference just wasn’t justified for me. Plenty of get up and space when you need it. I’m a life long VAG customer so the quirks don’t deter me. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the Tiguan.

I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. The best thing I like about buying our cars here was that the prices are listed upfront and their is no haggling, no pressure, and no hidden fees. Plus the cars we bought come with a 12-month/12,000 Mile Limited Power Train Warranty. We went to Hertz Car Sales - Torrance 3 different days in order to purchase 2 cars from them. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

Good all - around vehicle...decent power, roomy and comfortable interior, quiet and smooth ride, good handling and nice steering feel, great gas mileage, good visibility... Freeway passing requires a bit of patience and planning...
