had an excellent experience with Otis and Victor at CarNeed Inc. From the beginning, they were professional, patient and straightforward with me throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful, especially when you’re putting a lot of trust into a dealership and can’t just walk in and inspect the car yourself. Otis and Victor went above and beyond to make sure everything we discussed was taken care of. They communicated with me, followed through on the repairs we agreed on and made sure the vehicle was ready before I made the trip. When I finally picked up the car, it was everything they told me it would be — actually, it was perfect. No surprises, no last-minute issues and no feeling like I had been given the runaround. I especially appreciate that they stood behind their word. That means a lot when you’re spending this kind of money on a vehicle. Otis and Victor — thank you both for making this a great experience. You earned my trust and my business. I would absolutely recommend CarNeed to anyone looking for a vehicle, and I’ll definitely remember you guys the next time I’m in the market. 5 stars all day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2018 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen review
I've owned my 2018 Sportwagen S for two years now. Zero problems of any kind. I get 34 mpg in the city and it has all the room, power, and features I need or want. So far, the best car I've ever owned!

2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack review
I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

2012 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen review
This car was good enough, for me. I had to replace the exhaust manifold at 120k, roof drains at 125k, and 2 seized calipers around 133k. Had it regularly checked at the dealer, but it ended up mechanically failing me, leaving me stranded more than once. Car seemed to eat through batteries in 2 years or less, could never get that figured out either. Fantastic mpgs no matter how you drive

So far so good. This is a smaller lot with a lot of decent vehicles on-site. All of the staff is friendly and accommodating, as one would expect. There are reviews that are negative, this is not one. I actually looked at multiple vehicles from both smaller dealers and larger ones. I found this particular vehicle was better than at a larger dealership. That being said, Ive only had the vehicle for a few days but Ive found no issues with the quality of my purchase. The price was "fair" in my opinion. I didnt get an amazing deal and I also dont feel like I overpaid. Go by and check them out, then judge for yourself.
2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack review
It's fun to drive, versatile with lots of storage space and has reasonably good gas mileage (36 hwy/24 city). It has an amazing turn radius. Somewhat noisy during highway driving and kind of deficient infotainment/safety features. But it's been reliable so far (100k miles). And did I mention fun to drive?

2014 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen review
This car is amazing. I bought it at the end of Feb 2021 for $11,000. That was about 4-6 weeks before the price of used cars skyrocketed. The first time i took it to a mechanic for some scheduled maintenance i found out that i have a “Unicorn.” It is quick and handles like a dream. I love that i don’t have to fuel it up as much as the gasoline version. The six speed manual transmission is amazing. A fun fact about this car is that it isn’t actually a Jetta. It’s a Golf. My manual 6 speeed TDI sportwagen is the most fun car i have ever owned.

2011 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen review
I owned this car for 2 years and 3 months. Bought it with 150,000 miles and I sold it to the subaru dealership with over 163,000 miles. It was reliable for a volkswagen. Drove it to see my retired grandmother quite a few times after I bought it. It was my daily driver for 1 year and 5 months. I loved this car and I'll miss it. I recommend this car to anyone.
