My first Volvo coming from BMW’s. It’s very affordable to fix and initial cost. It’s comfortable and heated front and rear seats and steering wheel was a real selling point. Automatic transmission shifts ok also has sport mode or manual shifting options. Gas mileage is decent. Has start stop option you can turn on or off. Back up cam is great. Visibility all around is great for being a larger vehicle. No blind spots. Love it so far!

I never left the house. DLR came to me! They brought the car I was interested in to my home for a test drive. And, they brought it back the next day after I informed them I was going to purchase it. This whole sale was done from my home via computer. What a great team they have put together at the DLR Nordic dealership. I would have given them the fifth star, but I am waiting to see if I get my CD's returned to me that I accidently left in the player when they took my trade-in vehicle.

Love the interior room and Volvo styling. Tons of convenience and safety features. The 3.0 has plenty of power. Plenty of storage in the back even with the seats up.

Great car with a lot of standard Volvo features that cost extra on other luxury brands. We’ve had this model for a few years and bought the extended warranty however we never needed it. These cars are built in Sweden and typically - like ours - only need regular maintenance. A safe choice and one we are glad we made.

I love the car except for the seat settings. Being short I accidentally edit those every time I exit the car. Also, the pedals don?t adjust forward, so I had blocks put onto the pedals and left foot rest Service staff is inconsiderate and unresponsive

Just bought a 2015, Volvo V60 from Good Guys as a backup car. I decided on the V60, because we already have a 2018 model and it has been very reliable and just feels safe. I didn't want to pay a lot and figured a 10 year old car would look it's age. What Adam, at Good Guys, sold me looks and feels almost brand new. Even after I made the purchase, they completely serviced the car with a new timing belt, brake pads and oil change. This was the first used car I have ever bought and Adam made the experience so enjoyable. Definitely will look at their inventory the next time anyone in the family needs a car.

I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review because I had never been to Bill before, and it’s a used car place, you never know! First of all, the buying process was absolutely fantastic! Bill was so kind and easy going. We went through some issues with our bank and he kindly kept the car for us while we waited. Once approved, we went up there to get the vehicle on, get this, Thanksgiving!! That’s right, Bill took time out of his holiday to make sure we had the keys in hand. We loved our 2011 Prius but no longer needed to have a second vehicle, so we decided to sell it. I contacted 3 of the major players in this market, and I went with AutoNation. The customer service was outstanding, the price was good, and the whole process from beginning to end was incredibly easy. To be honest, we just wanted the car gone asap, and AutoNation was easy to navigate. I did everything online and made an appointment to take the car in for an inspection. The online form is really a checklist where you indicate the features of the car and what condition each of the major features is in. At my assigned time, I drove the vehicle to the store, and the representative looked over the car and revised the estimate down by a little due to a damaged computer screen (which you cannot report on the online form). (NOTE: The online form is a checklist and does not allow you to explain things much at all. That will happen at the dealership.) I liked the original price I was quoted, and I still liked the new price with the small deduction. I felt no pressure to sell at any point, and I agreed to the new price immediately. I submitted the car title (that I had brought with me), and the representative dealt with the paperwork. After about 30 minutes, he came back with all the forms and I signed. I gave him the keys, and I went home. SUCCESS! I recommend AutoNation when you want to sell your used vehicle.

I went with a couple small scratches on the back of my car. Lauren the employee assisted me with finding the right color of paint and applied it. In 30 minutes my car had no sign of the recent scratches due to her so carefully applying the paint. I’m so very grateful for the caring and professionalism of Underriner in making sure what they do is very satisfactory. Thank you
