I purchased this Volvo because I had driven a similar model on vacation a year and a half ago and fell in love with it then. Although the acceleration speed does always bother my wife, the handling allows us to go on curvy roads and now her car sickness is almost non existent.

Gas mileage is moderate but that probably a result of my driving style. The negatives: the AC is weak in this climate; the car is very nervous about any fixed object. Guess no one in Sweden parks facing a wall, pulls up to a curb next to a tree or goes up or down a sharply inclined driveway. Have turned off most of the proximity warning system because they're way too sensitive.

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.
