I bought the car used from a non-Volvo dealer. I have not been driving much due to the pandemic, but a couple of computer glitches have arisen. I took the car into a Volvo dealer for service on the issue, thank goodness the car is still under warranty. The problem with the auto start-stop feature wasn't working, it was "fixed" but the problem has reoccurred intermittently. And now the side mirrors are not retracting upon shutdown... that isn't good.

I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. My first Volvo coming from BMW’s. It’s very affordable to fix and initial cost. It’s comfortable and heated front and rear seats and steering wheel was a real selling point. Automatic transmission shifts ok also has sport mode or manual shifting options. Gas mileage is decent. Has start stop option you can turn on or off. Back up cam is great. Visibility all around is great for being a larger vehicle. No blind spots. Love it so far!

Stevenson Hendrick is the only dealership I have been too that doesn’t give me a headache. Specifically the Stevenson Hendrick mazda in Wilmington nc. The salesman are great. They let you test drive as many cars as you want and don’t immediately hassle you to buy the car right after you drive it. I have bought 2 cars from the dealership and I am never let down by their amazing customer service. Also getting your car fixed at this dealership is extremely easy. Drop off the car, eat donuts in the waiting room and 10 mins later the car is fixed…boom! Or they give you a rental car and fix it over a few days. Never had a bad experience doing business with these folks. My salesman was Jack Whitmire over at the Mazda and he’s a great guy! I would highly recommend checking this place out if you’re buying a car.

Great car with a lot of standard Volvo features that cost extra on other luxury brands. We’ve had this model for a few years and bought the extended warranty however we never needed it. These cars are built in Sweden and typically - like ours - only need regular maintenance. A safe choice and one we are glad we made.

dash and electronics are great. driver assist tech saved my life the other day as I returned from Europe and hadn't slept for 24 hours. The car shakes the steering wheel if you're not staying in the lane. Then, tells you to pull over and get some coffee. A smidge too much reliant on the turbo. Not big on the turbo delay thing. It is what it is.

Initially we were looking at the Range Rover Discovery and stumbled onto the Volvo XC60. As we compared the two we found the XC60 to have more technical, comfort and safety features. My husband is 6.6' and he says it's a much more comfortable ride for him than the Range Rover as well. We are very happy first time Volvo owners!
