I came in for a check engine light issue, and instead of immediately ordering parts or starting duplicate work, she first reviewed our vehicle’s service history and realized the issue might have already been addressed. She recommended confirming the actual problem before ordering a part, which likely saved us unnecessary time and cost. She was efficient, thoughtful about the scope of work, and clearly looking out for the customer rather than just adding more service. Really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail.
