It was a very good experience. The Salesmen wear professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Presentations of options were low-key and not “pushy”. I subsequently encountered a service issue, and that was adressed in a very accommodating and efficient manner.

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

I was very happy with the great service..Danny went over and beyond to help me finance and buy the right car! My car was delivered to my home and I did all the paperwork in front of my house! I would like to take the time to recognize the sales manager "Danny" who turned a very unpleasant sales situation from one sales rep. to going above and beyond to make sure I was treated with respect and like a valued customer when the final purchase was all said and done. Not only did he apologize & remedy what was wrong, he followed up with new policy & procedures so that this doesn't happen again in the future. He made and kept his promises of having my new car sparkling with a big red bow when I came to pick it up after the previous sales rep, dropped the ball on the whole customer experience. He remained in contact to make sure all things associated with getting my car ready were implemented, which was truly appreciated. Great, knowledgeable, non-pushy sales folks. I worked mainly with Ezra Nathan, who I would highly recommend. Mitchel Insel assisted. I recommend these folks and the dealership in general. I met Judith Krupnick, the president. She was very nice and said to call her if I have any issues--who does that. I had a car from another manufacturer for 10 years and I never heard from the owner or the service folks, and it was not easy to get an appointment. When I told them I wanted to buy new car they did not seems interested. At CH Volvo they had what I wanted, an XC40 and I love it! Lastly, Trent, the sales mgr made the paperwork easy and gave me a good tradein for my older vehicle.

My service appointment was a breeze. I was greeted immediately and given a loaner car which I requested in advance. I was able to shop and grab a bite to eat in the local area while I waited for my car. The service to my car was excellent. I am a completely satisfied customer of Cherry Hill Volvo.

Thursday night, I bought my third Volvo from Cherry Hill Volvo. I was not planning on leasing a new car. I was picking up my car from service and my fiancé was the one interested. We worked with Ezra Nathan. He is fanatic. Very patient, knowledgeable, professional and chill. On a whim I asked if I could end my existing lease early and get into a new car. He sprang into action and within in minutes, I was picking out a new car and crunching numbers. As with every Volvo I purchased, I feel like I got an amazing deal on an amazing car at an amazing dealership. I cannot say enough great things about Cherry Hill Volvo and in particular, Ezra Nathan. If you’re looking for a great person to guide you through buying/leasing a new Volvo, stop by and ask for Ezra. It is such a chill, smooth, easy process working with him. He know his stuff and if he doesn’t, he gets the answers quick. I absolutely loved working with him and when it’s time again in three years, I hope to work with him on my next vehicle.

Our car suffered an unanticipated and complete electrical shutdown on Saturday afternoon. We had the car towed in, they found space on their schedule, and we had the car back on Tuesday. They efficiently addressed what could have been a hugely inconvenient and expensive problem.

We had Volvo in mind going into the car buying process, we had been in touch with Ezra Nathan for about 1 month after test driving both the XC60 and XC. In March, we finally had a better understanding for what made sense to us, reached out to Ezra and set up another appointment. Throughout the process, Ezra was informative, insightful and put more of an emphasis on teaching us about Volvos than selling us a car. Ezra was very flexible and accommodating as we determined what was best for us.

We had the most incredible service at Berwyn Volvo. Kevin, our salesperson, was attentive, helpful but not pushy and my daughter even said that we can’t buy any car except from him! Jordan made sure we knew every inch of the car and how it worked. When we left, the feeling was like you were part of the Volvo family. I have owned many cars - I will never buy another car from anyone else

The service area was spotless. Nice amenities. Quick service. Car was washed too! I was impressed how every employee I came into contact with was so nice.

Our Salesmen Anthony was great! He found just what I was looking for quickly and was very thorough at delivery going over all of the car features and making sure I was comfortable with all of the features before leaving. All of the staff there was very friendly and did not feel pressured at any point of the buying process.
