I would like to tell everyone how Jay Hite greeted us with smile and helped my wife find the car she fell in love with. We have been looking and shopping for while now and the amount of people that approached us like it was a bad day was far too many over the past month. As always, the service staff at Volvo Walnut creek were helpful, friendly, and very efficient. I was kept up to date on the progress of the service and repairs. Picking my car up took less than 5 minutes from the moment I arrived at the dealership. Perhaps, more important than time -- the process felt very safe. Staff were very respectful of social distancing, sanitizing, and wearing masks.

As usual, the drop off was easy, my service advisor was great, my service was completed in a timely fashion, and it was returned clean!
