The car was in perfect condition, cleaned spotless and ready for me the second I was ready to leave. Kevin was extremely patient with me while I was trying to receive copies of my insurance, etc. I have gotten an inspection and oil change done here and the service department was very nice and did a great job! My overall experience with Volvo was awesome!! I wasn't ready on my first visit several weeks prior. Upon my return, I was ready to get my dream car! Daniel was the salesperson that helped me. I have been doing business with Volvo FW for 15 years. When my beloved 2003 S60 passed away in 2018, they hooked me up with a 2018 S60. Our car suffered an unanticipated and complete electrical shutdown on Saturday afternoon. We had the car towed in, they found space on their schedule, and we had the car back on Tuesday. They efficiently addressed what could have been a hugely inconvenient and expensive problem.
