On Thursday April 2nd, I acquired a 2026 Polestar 4 from Volvo cars manasquan, which now handles this brand as the sporty brother to the Volvo line. This is my 8th acquisition since March 2023. Their excellence in the acquisition of a vehicle, knowledge of its components, courtesy, and most of all politeness to make every aspect of your purchase or lease very desirable. You will never regret doing business with this company. Jack Fletcher the principle, along with Chris Bruno the general manager, Bill Massa, formally salesperson now manager, and Ian Welger, sales professional, are the best you will find in the automobile industry. CarMax Charleston review
My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! That is the way Car Buying should be! Thanks Guys for all you help and hard work! Chris G.
