I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

Woody was our Salesman.I would recommend him highly. He listened and answered every question we had. He worked hard to get us to the point of purchasing our vehicle. He took his time and most of all respectful and patient with all our concerns. Also, Frank the floor manager was helpful as well.

My new Volvo was purchased for the passenger seat comfort. It has adjustability and is perfect for a person who lives with spine problems and neck problems.

This car drives as well as it looks. Very stylish. Lots of features even on the base model. Base stereo sounds almost as good as other premium systems. All the latest safety features. If it rode just a little better, it would be perfect. Mine has the twenty inch wheels and they look great. The T5 is not under powered.

Unfortunately, I did not purchase my XC40 from Paramount , however I am fortunate enough to take adcantage of their wonderful Service Center. Friendly and helpful staff, punctual and they listen to your needs. I have dealt with several service centers in the Hickory are and these folks ARE THE VERY BEST !!!

Everything about it is good but the buttons for the sideview mirror has been a problem that the local dealer doesn't want to address under warrenty

In the interest of fairness, I wanted to follow up on the negative review I left on Dec 20, 2022. The dealership, specifically Shaun A reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and inconvenience they put us through. And after some discussion, he agreed to lower the price of the the Edge that we were interested in by $500. It was an overall good deal and my wife and I accepted the offer and completed the sale that same day. No issues with the sales process and the paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently.

I have bought two vehicles from this place, and the vehicles are always immaculate, in excellent condition. Both the dealer's service and that of Sharon, the person who sold me both vehicles, are excellent. They explain everything, they help you, they are always available if you have any questions, they give you recommendations... everything is very transparent. It's an excellent place, and Sharon's service is exceptional!

For a new or used car purchase, I would invite customers to ask for Mr. James Brown in sales. He is both knowledgeable about the product, clear about the transaction, mature and able to help you avoid the usual *noise* you find at most other dealerships. As someone who had just immigrated from Korea, I had to purchase a used car due to budget constraints. While I would have loved to buy a BMW, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe that BMW had taken in as a trade-in. The dealer I worked with, Gennaro, was exceptionally kind and responsible—so much so that he genuinely influenced my perception of BMW as a brand. One of the main reasons I chose this vehicle over cars from general used-car dealers was the trust I had in BMW’s basic inspection and standards. However, the way Gennaro handled everything afterward gave me even greater confidence that I had made the right decision. Having just arrived in the U.S., everything felt unfamiliar and overwhelming at times, but this experience reminded me that there are truly good people here. Honestly, when the time comes for me to change cars in the future, I sincerely hope to return to BMW and purchase a new car from Gennaro. I would even say that owning a BMW through him has become one of my mid- to long-term goals for my life as an immigrant over the next five years.

This was the best experience ever. When I tell you the entire process was so smooth and the jeep looked even better in person I truly mean that. It was everything I wanted and I truly had the greatest advisor, Angela Collins. She texted me, she called me and was very prompt sending me the paperwork so we could start the sales process. It also helped that she was so fun and funny, any nervousness I had when I walked in disappeared the moment I met her. She’s now my best friend in my head so make sure to ask for her! Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.
